For those who will see the video, what I would suggest in term of UX is adding a loader icon ... For some of your research, it's confusing to see nothing change quickly once you write into your input.

Hooh... The concept is nice. I hope you understand my pain, but I'm trying to figure out a optimised solution to combine search variables as list AND possibly carry it to the URL... As you can imagine, I might have to suck it and count on URL key solution with new page load?

5:06 when you change from the equal sign to "contains keyword(s)", why do you not choose the "contains" option?

Thanks for sharing many good tips, John. Is there a way to search with case insensitive btw? It appears that the keywords must match the case by default and I'd like to know if we can overcome that.

I think the function "contains" is case sensitive but I just tried with "contains keyword(s)" and it's now case insensitive

great video . Could you please help me with this problem : i have products with field a 'size' (containing a list of sizes available for that product) . i want to set the data source such that if the any product's Size field has any option available that's applied in the filter selected sizes,it should be displayed.

Brilliant work, very clear! May I ask if I want to add a filtering, by only showing the result of a search box, how can I do it? I don’t see the constrain option when the source of the repeating group is set to an API.

How can you filter from a list? For example, I have list of different instruments a musician can play, but I have it as a list of things.

Yes. But you need to select a field in your instrument datatype. Perhaps the name field.

Why have you used input element for search instead of Search box element?

As the result of the search is a filtered Repeating Group. The search element displays a single result beneath the search element.

This is not possible as what we are doing is looking for a word across multiple fields of a type i.e. name, location, title. 'Contains keywords' would be for searching for keywords in a single field i.e. just name field.
