Currently on my 3rd menstrual cycle since having my baby 4 months ago, & its SO painful! Idk why nobody tells you about how painful it can be after giving birth. Anywho, thank you for inspiring me to get up and clean again today, despite how uncomfortable i may be. I was going to opt out this time, but that’s how the cycle always starts for me, and then next thing ya know my house looks like a tornado flew through it and the anxiety sets in. Not today depression! You won’t win! Getting my life together in 2023🙏🏼

Aww man, you’re supposed to get a break from the cycle after having a baby. I’m sorry you didn’t get that break! Make sure you’re staying on top of getting enough iron, especially if you’re breastfeeding… leftover prenatal vitamins are perfect.

I know how hard it is after giving birth to keep the house clean, take care of the baby and yourself. This too shall pass and you will feel better but having a clean house is a key to mental health and feeling good about yourself. Do a little bit everyday and you will notice and feel better. Hang in there and keep the faith!

That is not the norm. Usually women start 6months after. For me I started 10 to 12 months after giving birth. My 5th child is 12 months, and still no period. Maybe something else is going on? I have bad after pains for a few weeks(contractions while breastfeeding that were painful). Again, there might be something wrong! No one told you because this is strange

@@labrigful ive read is normal to have contractions while breastfeeding because its the uterus contracting and going back to its original shape and size. Tho, i dont if its normal to experience pain with such contractions. I hope you can ask your doctor and you are fine ❤

My previous apartment was in a similar state after 10 years, an abusive relationship etc. I didn’t have food trashES lol but lots of clutter of boxes and stuff. I felt trapped & shame. I do the same thing! A few random crumbs and I grab the microfiber cloth. This morning, I power pasted the kitchen faucets, frig handles, sink, because ... well, just because they looked a little dull. Tomorrow, it's the inside of the windows ... with dish soap, scrub mommy and a squeegee, of course!

I can imagine someone watching her videos and learning some of technics like the plastic wrap and oven cleaner ,I have always been a clean freak cleaning my gas range was always a time consuming chore last week I wanted to clean my stove top it wasn't that bad but still would have taken a couple sos..pads so I did it her way it was so awesome I been telling everyone how to do it! So nice 2 c u again Auri. I always look 4 your inspiring videos. U inspired me 2 train my 18 yr. old granddaughter organization & cleaning skills. I realized when helping her clean out her car, she was not organized. There was lots of trash, dirty clothes, old rotten food, lost food containers, & built up dirt. I'm not sure if she just doesn't care, has not been taught, or is just a disorganized personality. Whatever the reason, every Sunday I am helping her clean up & out her car. I have had severe anxiety for my entire life. If I get really stressed I clean my whole apartment. It calms me down completely. I have also been to therapy as well. My therapists have helped me to think more clearly. When I was a child no one went to therapy because of the stigma of having a mental illness. I totally agree. However, I've seen a lot of hoarder shows, and they typically don't want their stuff thrown out. Even when they do, they want complete control over every single thing that gets looked at. My own mother, not a typical hoarder bc she doesn't collect straight trash/neat freak, refuses to get rid of or give anything away.

Probably will get buried in the comments but I've gotten so much motivation I've become better at cleaning. Seeing the steps broken down makes it so much easier, much less overwhelming. Also, I've also sent one of my friends a Scrub Mommy and some Pink Stuff which is similar to Power Paste and she absolutely loves it! I wouldn't have known about this if I didn't watch Aurikatariina's videos and my friend has had a much easier time cleaning her new apartment.

I've been putting off cleaning my oven and stove for months (usable and tidy but lots of burnt on food) and I used your oven cleaner/plastic wrap/scraper method and it looks brand new! I honestly can't imagine how trapped people in this position must feel if they're renters, too... Moving out of a place is always stressful... how much of the deposit will they keep for repairs, all the cleaning you need to do, and how overwhelming it is to decide what to get rid of. If you can't even let people in to see your home because of how bad it's gotten, you must feel completely stuck in your apartment and unable to ever move out or move on. :(

Since I started to look at your videos I have improved my cleaning a lot. Now I think about your joy when I clean and it's now a lot easier. Today I have cleaned on the top of my bookcase and it's years since the last time. Cleaning has been on hold for many years due to depression, although it has never been as bad as what you show us even if I can recognice some things. Now I try to make a little when I have some energy left. You are marvelous and your energy spreads through your videos :)

I just love this girl. I wish the US had free mental health. I have suffered all my life but only gotten help when I could afford the co-pays. The co-pays for therapy are more than the co-pays for specialist fees. Even as a senior on Medicare mental health is not free. Even with chronic diseases. You still struggle with mental health. She is a perfect example of how therapy can make such a difference in your life.

Auri, it is amazing how you tranform an area. You are always so upbeat in your videos and give great tips on cleaning. I have naturally curly hair and it bushes out of control. I used to dye my hair but as I got older I realize it wasn't good for my hair so I stopped. I cut my hair short to get rid of the colored, damaged hair. Then as it grew out I was able to start braiding it to 1. control it and 2. keep it out of my way. By the time it reached almost to my butt my arthritis kicked in bad and I had to cut it off again. I am now almost 68 and really miss my long hair. Take care.

I play your videos when I need additional help with cleaning. I also have depression and bipolar disorder. I also neglect tasks. I'm thankful not to let it so far out of hand. No shame to the ones who suffer more than I do. But these types of videos make me want to do better and even help others. I have professional cleaning experience but not to these types of cleanings. I know people in my personal life who I would be happy to extend the helping hand to. Thank you for the work you do 💚

I am so impressed with the love and non-judgemental way you help people with problems like these. I know how fast things can get unmanageable too. I have been depressed for years and also had a big back problem, I had someone who worked for me in order to help me 2 days a week. Recently I had to go off on medical pension. So, only getting 1 third of my salary, which was not much to begin with. I could not afford to pay her anymore and so had to let her go. I try to do my best to try a keep my house clean. The biggest problem I have however is ironing and keeping floors clean. I watch your videos to see what can happen if I just lat things go. So, I try to make myself aware so that I do not fall into a cycle like this. Thank you that you show me that I am doing a little bit better than some people and that if I try to do just a little bit of cleaning each day I can keep it more clean. ❤
