Listen man, I have watched your airport updates for years. It’s to say the least sad to to see you go along with your airport. I can’t express how much I’ll miss your updates. I was your 8th subscriber when you first started your channel. I mean I’ve waited for 3 years to hear and see an airport update from you and within those 3 years, I can tell that many other airport update you tubers take after you. Wow, this was very cool and nostalgic to see in my recommended today. I grew up watching these airport updates, most of them several times actually just to see some cool layout shots and models lol. Was wondering if I’d ever see another one. You’re moving on from it which is understandable, but I’m glad you made a final one to finish it off. I began seriously collecting 1/400, and even made my own airport diorama for them after seeing your videos when I was younger. I’m at an aeronautical university studying for my Private certificate now, and eventually be going to the airlines, so the model airport has to wait for now. But when I come home I still think back to the good old days of coming home from school and watching these. Best, Tyler :)

It was your awesome updates that lead me to also start my channel back in 2015 which died in 2017 and recently I restarted again. I hope you will come back sometime you would not know how excited I was to see this notification popped up I’ve been watching your airport for years and they gave me the inspiration to start DFW so I’d really like to see another one for like most people they put photos on their Instagram but I don’t know if you have an Instagram but I’d really like to see something like that and it would be kind of nice if I could message you somewhere so you could just talk but that’s probably never going to happen so for right now thank you for so much inspiration and thank you for all the great videos
I used to have an Instagram called iah.spotter but I am not active on it. It does have a lot of pics of the model airport from way back in the archives tho :)
I’m gonna miss you man. You inspired me to make my own airport and airport updates on this channel. Because of you I have reached where I am with my airport. You inspired me to collects tons of models and make my airport go from a few shoeboxes on the floor to the poster board hand drawn mat it is now. My airport is still active. I pulled an all nighter watching your videos. Thank you for your inspiration.
I grew up watching you, I never really subscribed because I wasn’t allowed to have a RU-vid account but I always watched you. My dad, mom and brother would always make fun of me. I remember what they used to say “why are you watching the man on RU-vid playing with little planes, go play outside weirdo”. I really loved your videos and you are the reason I started collecting models and you are also the reason I started my RU-vid Channel @David’s Aviation. Look at me know, I am a private pilot at age 13 and strive to go to college and become a commercial pilot. I just wanted to say thank you for all that you have done, I don’t think I would be the same person without you. 🙂
This is the video that inspired me to do this hobby. It was a slow go for me but i enjoyed every bit, The feeling of when you just purchase a new aircraft and you can’t wait for it to come in is so exiting. Your channel got me into aviation like 5-6 years ago. Im currently buying models to colect them and make my own airport. If I hadn’t found your video I probably would have never been into aviation.

I had asked this question to somebody else and they had the same answer so I don't know if you'll have the same one or not but i was wondering for the files that you printed out did you place them on the table 1 tile at a time or did you print out the whole entire airport mat?
for the old geminijets airport, that mat is printed on one large sheet used for ads. I bought it online. The new terminal mat is individual sheets of soft gel paper or something like that

I’ve watched you for 5 years and started making airport updates and collecting 3-4 yrs ago. You inspired me to turn my airport from a few shoeboxes with planes around them to a hand drawn poster board mat with a diverse group of aircraft. I think it’s rude that people are asking for your planes. I’ve pulled all nighters just watching your videos on repeat. I have a fictional airport located on Long Island, New York. It used to be in Los Angeles but I moved it. My favorite plane and one I have been trying to find forever is a Boeing 767-400. Thank you for your inspiration.
The terminal he has is the old Gemini Jets terminal from about 10 years ago. It is currently a very rare and expensive terminal to buy. I don't know how much GSE he has, but it is a lot.

After I started to watch your videos I began my growth as a collector and your vids encouraged me to begin making airport updates of my own. I just hit 5 subs, and I couldn't have done it without your vids. Thank you for creating my favorite airport. I'm gonna miss it :(. Also, maybe you should make aviation content other then make airport updates?
BA flies an A319 from London City airport to New York JFK, its a special config but lets pretend that BA model has the same config :) good question tho!
