Honestly Lysandere had the potential to be one of the most terrifying villains out there. He was a man desperate to "save" the world, by resetting everything to zero. He saw humanity as irredeemable. You are the only person that stands between him and his dreams. Imagine if he triggered the weapon before he battles you. Imagine if there was a timer on the corner of the screen, and you had to defeat him before time runs out, or it's an Insta-lose. Even if you did win, imagine if he decided to personally attack you with those little drones on his back, only for AZ to jump in and- *Oh god. The plot bunnies are coming for me.*

Honestly I thought I was the only one who liked him as a villain. He is a better villain then Ghetsis because he isn't just evil but Pokemon X and Y gets hated on because it was easy and it had little to no aftergame.

Imagine if Team Flare ran a better propaganda campaign and had better PR. Convincing people to side with their organization even as techies, Pokémon caretakers, etc. If they successfully turned more people to their cause saying they could purge criminals like Team Rocket from the world, they could have had more followers. And with Lysandre having such vast resources, he could have equipped more of his subordinates with Mega Evolution, guarded Xerneas/Yyveltal with heavier security measures, had multiple guards ambush you, the list goes on.

For someone who despises war, Lysandre sure knew how to wage one. I think seeing other factors contribute to his descent into villainy would have made his character even better.

In order to prevent war,.you must start war Which is ironic considering the most peaceful peripd we had today came after ww2 and the chinese civil war...which had so much casualties that even the pre geneva convention warlords would dream of commiting war crimes that far.

I feel like these horseman versions are fitting of the fallen timelines where the UltraSunMoon leaders come from, where people such as Lysandre and Ghetsis perhaps even kill the player

By all means it isn't a bad game. However when you play all the other games and then play x and y, then you can see a clear drop in quality. It's a good game. Just not a good Pokemon game if you know what I mean

I genuinely LOVED this. Lysandre is one of my favorite villains. XY is underappreciated in general, but it's soundtrack has some absolute BANGERS. Thank you for somehow breaking the barrier & making this theme, in my opinion, PERFECT. I can't listen to it enough, it's SOOOOOOOO amazing Zame. You really outdid yourself this time. I can't wait to see what you upload next!

The way the gun click transitions to the opening notes here was super smooth :D Also, I always felt Flare were really underrated as villains once you realize they're basically a genocidal secret police: they listen in on Holocaster conversations (likely keeping an eye out for anyone in the know), control the flow of information in the region (Malva is both an E4 member and a newcaster, as well as an operative of theirs. She keeps all of Kalos in the dark up to its strongest Trainers), and some implied plainclothes agents here and there, on top of being incredibly well-funded as an organization. Pretty sure if these weren't kids games, they'd totally be disappearing people on the side. Too bad they were totally mishandled. Lysandre also had a lot of potential, especially since he's friends with the Professor and a descendant of AZ. But theynever really built on either of those aspects. He's also WAY too overt, and the way everyone else plays off this obviously bloodthirsty man is just so ridiculous, like, yea Professor. Passionate about killing everyone maybe.

To be honest, my thoughts match with Lysandre. I'm on the chaotic good side, humanity indeed is irredeemable due to the damage they have done and are still doing to the nature. Genocide is *ONE* of the options but not the only option, we still have to explore what we could do.
