@@nonchalantcommenting2273 That's because pubs never gets into a stupidly packed circle 2cm wide. Gibby was mandatory to survive when the circle gets that small. Now, Bangalore-Seer and Catalyst-Seer combinations are much better as defensive options while being able to attack

Once a team gets to 50points you have to win the game to win the whole thing so it’s interesting cuz multiple teams will get to 50 they just have to win

Match point format, like tennis. You not only need to reach 50 points, you need to be able to win a game. Be the actual last man standing. So Xset could get all the points they want, if they can't actually close out a game (the point of a battle royale) they don't win the regional finals. The playoffs will be the same format. It makes things very exciting to watch. APAC N had a 13 game regional finals last split, where at the end, almost every team was on match point.

ALGS is VERY different from public gameplay. Zone, placement and teamplay are way more important than making one 20 bomb (even if if would give massive points). Consistently playing for placement will win you way more than pushing for kills and griefing everyone including your own team.
