This was an amazing episode! Patty Velney alert! 😂😂😂 Love him! Reading reviews but wondering if anyone out there who has previously taken unisom, melatonin, or even stronger sleep aids such as ambien has had as much success taking Beam supplements? I’ve been looking for a great all natural sleep aid but end up taking a cocktail to go to bed every night. Eve with the 20% discount after the original 40%, Beam is pretty darn expensive!
