Final Destination (Season 3) | Episode 5 - "Death by Chocolate" 

A high school student named Charlie visits an amusement park with his friends for their senior class field trip. When they board the Devil's flight roller coaster, he receives a premonition that the ride is going to claim the lives of him and his friends. He succeeds in saving most of them, but many still die.
