Believe it or not, Soldier has always been on Red. The reason his ubercharge is blue is because of the blue medicine from Medic's medigun. This cover takes place directly after the Ambuscade cover, and the Scout, Soldier, and Spy Medic is running from Sniper.exe with are actually the same ones from that cover

Make that three (Soldier's ubercharge came from Medic's medigun. Remove that and he's still red, which is exactly what is shown at the end of the video)
