Go to an empty parting lot and make yourself loose it, thats the shit they dont teach in a driving course, im Canadian wr get snow and ice, went to a parking lot at 2am pushed it to loose control so I could then learn how to get control back now i love driving in blizzards
I got to stop by the Royalty shop a few weeks ago, and the guys where so friendly and cool. Both Houston and tony where right in the middle of some business stuff but stopped and talked to me when I said I was a fan of the channel. Really cool dudes. My first time seeing a bugatti. My only wish was that I had time to rent a car. Next time I for sure will.
These guys are the absolute best place to rent from in Vegas. I've tried 2 other rental companies and I went right back to Royalty because they're honest and hardworking. They have my business from here on out everytime in Vegas. Also rent an Evo, they bad af.
Houston is a goat! I like how he gathers his team together to make financial moves! WHICH he doesn’t have too as long as the investors/ banks approve technically that’s all that matters but that’s family forsure! 💯
Man, the thumbnail and description makes me sad that Cherry's gonna have her last ride in Royalty Exotics. So many fun memories... Also my gosh, I don't know why there are people who mess up such nice cars.
The fact that Houston sits down with his guys and just straight asks. "What cars are we having issues with? What cars do we need?" That's a damn boss to work for.
Michaelis making fun of Robbie’s “53” intervals but I’m actually curious how old he is based on his outfits and still leaving the stickers on his hats 😂
I wish I knew you were driving the Bugatti on the strip I’m currently in Vegas for work not old enough to rent a car but it’d be cool to see you driving the Bugatti
No matter what customers do, don't be rude to em. Doesn't matter how successful you think you are, you need em, especially if you have a business that depends mostly on customers to succeed.
Houston was 100% right on the conversation. They are doing their best. Instead of him busting his ass about the cars hitting each other he was cool about it...He gave all y'all free Gas. Seems to me good customer service
We would like to introduce our newest member to the team: Colby! He will be replacing Koby! We decided Koby’s name was just too boring and no one could figure out how to spell it.
Take it from someone who's been around the block in business. If your employees are not telling you what you need to know it's because they are either afraid of you or they feel they are not being heard. The solution is up to you. Ultimately your success depends on their input.
Houston should’ve offered the Bug to Stradman, he’s in the market for one or a P1! I’ll just sit here and munch on this popcorn whilst you guys run numbers!
Houston did the right thing, he stood up for himself and put the customer in his place. That's not bad customer service, that's a grown ass man getting mad at Houston for something they didn't do.
Duuuudeee!! Hahaha You destroyed these guys when you said hellcat was shit I liked the 5yrs old faces they made.... And i also liked how you explained on the huracan: this is a steering wheel, you have to press brake(dude was: "wtf is a brake,u mean break?", he press acceleration).... you are strong if you are dealing with this everyday...
When times get tough, you gotta sell some very expensive stuff. The car rental business is extremely tough. I got out in 2019. People steal your cars, do chargebacks, complain, and generally don’t act cool. The last rental I ever made was a 2019 Audi RS5 and the guy never returned it. Finally got it repo’d from the POS.
