@@MeldinX2 yeah i just saw the video with yuffie's build. really crazy. atm it seems every broken build is about the enemy skill and hp absorb materia. i kinda hope to create, or at least find, other strong builds for yuffie that make more use of her ninja skills like Art of war.
I'm 17 hours in and finished up the grasslands. Still not leaving 😁. I LOVE the grind! Before this game, my top all time game list was 1. FF7, 2. FFTactics, 3. FF6. FF7 Rebirth is my new #1. Best game I have ever played!
Tottaly blows my mind how much bigger rebirth is compared to remake. on Dynamic difficulty, taking my time and exploring, doing all the side stuff, it took me aboui 15 hours just to clear the grasslands. another 8 for the Junon area. just got to Costa Del Sol (finish the card tourney on the boat, its SO worth it!!!)
On all weapons for all characters, set the skill that's unique to each weapon to your shortcut(the currant weapons unique skill will have a blue dot on it to let you know thats the currantly equipped weapons unique skill, until you master it then the dot goes away)it and just use it in one battle like 5-7 times and boom, that skill is mastered and you can use the skill without the weapon the skill comes on, withput needing to equip it. In the equip menu, there is a little yellow check on each weapons blue "xp/use" bar to let you know its mastered.
Pro tip use asses often especially when facing burts bandits again use it on every single party member. As he has several members like 4+ it makes getting the 16 access a lot easier earlier on. Or else you’ll have to explore everywhere in the grasslands to get 16. You only get a few chances until they get scared straight and promise not to be bad guys anymore. After that you’ll have to do it the hard way
The producers of this game said that they took a lot of inspiration from The Witcher 3.... But if you want my personal opinion I see a lot more of ghost of tsushima in this game then I see The Witcher. Maybe the mini games or side content is kind of like The Witcher but I still really don't see it but when it comes to these Springs you have to find and the birds that are flying around and the chocobos you have to follow and the sneaking around at times and the multiple different things you have this game screams ghost of tsushima
@@selgeaus I can actually see that as well... in fact that wasn't a complaint at all it was just something I definitely noticed but yeah I can also see some Horizon in this game as well good to see that I'm not the only person that has noticed the influences across the board here
The Witcher 3 comparisons primarily come from the side quests. The Witcher 3 prioritized quality in the side quests. Creating side stories that mattered. And that's whtlat Hamaguchi really wanted for Rebirth. Open world structure and QoL are very largely from Horizon (and Ghost of Tsushima). It's just taking all of the right lessons from the games that they were inspired by.
By the way you don't have to have completed either the remake or Intergrade to get Ramuh and Leviathan. I forgot to replay intergrade all the way but it still let me do it. So you could start it and save as soon as you open it and you still get it
@@JorRaptor im genuinely wondering if i did it myself and am gaslighting myself or not. Either way, i actually prefer the compass to the minimap now that ive changed it back.
I love your videos man been waiting few days . Im looking forward to forward for the fort condor video from you honestly i cant beat the last boss frustrating vas hell lol
@@GoldChocobo77 yeah i did. He was the only one i fought at full strength tho. Once i realized you could weaken them i waited till they were all fully weakened before tackling them.
the enemy skill has to be at two stars to be able to do both challenges i think i hadn't used it and i did all the accessing to later find out that Materia has to level up before you can do either of those challenges
id say youre first tip for the mini map is not fully accurate imo the compass is best for open world exploration as it shows icons at further distance than the mini map. id honestly have it so its compass for open world exploration and mini map for settlements etc.
I kept my map default, but if there's a point of interest or quest I want to follow, I pin it on my map so that the orange marker shows on the compass and gives the "distance away" reading.
Not combat or materia but in Costa if you get the pedometer you can get 1 gil for every 100 steps just go to the helio pad and tie your analog sticks towards each and just AFK as long as you want
Red and Tifa are actually the weakest early game characters and I think Barret is definitely the best. The reason for this is Red and Tifa do not get a weapon upgrade until Chapter 3 but Cloud, Aerith, and Barret get one in Chapter 2 in the Grasslands. The reason for Barret being the strongest character early is due to Steel Skin and Bonus Round abilities. Combining these 2 abilities you take way less damage and get staggered way less and you deal way more stagger damage to enemies. Barret also being super tanky in general and being ranged just makes him really easy to play. Tifa once you get high level materia and better weapons for her is still great and probably the best damage dealer but she is extremely squishy early and does not have important tools yet. Red is a weird character. He basically forces you to sit and wait to be attacked to build up Vengence which could be useful later on against hard enemies but so far up to chapter 7 it is just easier to go all out offense on enemies and if you do that then Red sort of sucks because he won't fill the Vengence meter.
@@joekline5554 Stardust Ray is good but it is extremely slow and costs 2 ATB. It is also not very good against some enemies and does not build stagger well.
this game seems so intimitading.... i am still playing through star ocean 2R... i am a really slow gamer and put a ton of hours into one game so FFVIIR will consume me for at least 6 month...
The weapon skills/upgrades are different than in Remake. Each character has 1 weapon skill map instead of 1 for each weapon. Each weapon has skill slots that are treated like materia and you unlock more slots the higher your weapon level gets.
Yes otherwise the text in the game will turn grey. If you have a C2 set it to 7 which is 797 nits. If you have a Samsung TV with DTM, I would keep it at 10 then.
@joedeslippe1868 Hmmm, you can't. I was incorrect, I really thought he was at least in the combat simulator or could replay this, but it was the other Shock wolf I was thinking about I guess. Either way, saving back-up files for quest monsters is mandatory then until you know your clear lol
I finished 100% in grasslands and the midgard zolom was super easy. Also beat titan with full strengh. Question. Anyone knows how enemy skill works? Can i learn Beta from midgard zolom like in og ff7?
Dang, i dunno that the far right near the entry to the city is actually explorable. I remembered that i can not proceed because shinra’s soldiers are looking for me. Now it made sense because i have not acquired all titan data to fight him easier. Sigh. After finishing gold saucer, i’ll try going back to grassland then.
It’s from the Intergrade DLC I don’t know if you have to complete the game or just have a save file. I finished intergrade but never finished my replay of the ps5 remake and still got the leviathan summon
It's basically clickbait (the reason I clicked on the vid lol) because after looking at a whole weapons list, that's not even one in this game. It actually looks like a weapon icon from Ever Crisis
It's bull how EVERY enemy attacks the character you control...say I'm using cloud barret and aerith...if I control aerith and just run around while barret and cloud attack they will all just hone in on her...complete bull in my opinion.
I'm playing on dynamic difficulty... The AI not always attack character you control... Somehow the AI adapt , they always attack weakest character now....
It sucks that i came from the uk with a eu remake intergrade data but i moved to the us because of my job and got the us rebirth and it wont recognize my save data
Was hyped for this game. Especially coming from xbox...that was until i fought my firat boss. Fuck this game! The combat in this game is WAY to damn demanding
JoRaptor forgot tip number 1. "Don't buy a game that isn't the full game. Doing so will show these jrpg companies they don't have to sell you a full game. They will stretch it out to get as much money out of you as possible if you let them."
This entire guide is “play the game and do quests” none of these Materia break the game nor make you overpowered. Do people not understand what overpowered means?
Interesting. So suicide squad was a bust. No views, no likes, no anything. Yet you said in a comment that you could not wait to return to the game, but you haven't. Now, just to follow the trend, you went for the new hot thing, FF VII Rebirth in this case. Not only that, but you changed your logo for that of a chocobo. At least is good to see that you learned from Avengers and leave sinking boats as soon as possible. And people still believe that big YT channels do it for the love of games and not for views or likes. So naive all of them.
You really have no understanding of what it means to run a youtube channel with 2 full time people and freelancers haha. We love making videos, otherwise we would not be doing this for almost 10 years, but ofc it makes sense to make videos people actually want to watch instead of sticking with a game that not a lot of people are interested in.
You don't get views just playing "hello kitty island adventure" for 10yrs..... Because you Love the game. You get views by playing what the people are looking for. If you do it right, you can even replace your day time job playing video games.
@@EvoSchecter agreed. But do not make a video saying that hot garbage is such an amazing thing. He did it with avengers, then he did it with suicide squad, only once, but still, he did it. How are those games as of now? One is not available to buy, the other is going to that end really soon. He knew those were bad games, but still, called both games as good and amazing, until that blew in his face.
If they turn Hogwarts 2 into live service it will fundamentally change the game, how it's played, the reward system etc. Will be a vastly different game and will not feel like a proper successor.
You don’t wanna get anything early in this game five fantasy seven Chatley’s revenge is horrible. Worst game I’ve ever ever played. You do the same thing in every area. Just keep doing what Chatley says.
After ff16 the summons seem disappointing. And Both games have bad technical issues. Squeenix is being lazy all while charging top dollar. So far the demo was cool but this dont look like its fun for me. Hopefully ff17 will be open world and different.
