Orbital Neo He not really the best villain in fiction. *Johan Liebert* is best description of what pure evil truly is... the Anti-Christ... the Monster.. the Beast with Seven Heads and Ten Horns. *Cthulhu* from Lovecraft series is also well-made villain, he is the representative of chaos, disorder, and entropy. If you want to talking about taking over the world and becoming a God, then look at *Thanos.* He defeated the Celestials, Eternity, Galactus, The Living Tribunal, killed all the Avengers. obliterated the entire multiverse and re-created it again and became *One-Above-All.* Tell me a villain who became *Omnipotence* being because Kefka didn't. Sadist and insane? Doesn't have revenge as a motive nor does have a tragic back-story? Craves destruction, right down to even time itself? Bitch please, *Lambdadelta* make him look like a joke. All that I mention above is what describe her perfectly. Do you want to know the best thing about it? *She was a God to begin with!* The right she controls the entire multiverse itself, cause pain all throughout multiverse, and destroy universe as if they were toys. She isn't even the strongest compare to *Bernkastel* powers. Bernkastel is the definition of All the World's Evil. They both basically sees everyone as playthings for them, to mess with and best thing of all no one can beat them or stop them except *Featherine.* They are even consider one of the powerfulness characters in anime and manga. My god they are the best villains in any anime story to this day. Heck I even play with you little more, *Griffith* from *Berserk.* That right the masterpiece story of all manga. He betrays everyone and turns into a demon overlord named *Femto,* and sacrifices all of his soldiers until everyone dies except *Guts* and *Caska.* Rapes his best friend girlfriend and force Guts to watch him fucking her while Guts looses his eye and an arm trying to get to her. He later reincarnate from a dead baby and creates demon army and kills the king and take control of midland and creates a massive castle and manipulate the people into believing he the messiah. That some fuck up shit. Anyway there better villains compare to Kefka who just a copy of the *Joker.*

Weil in Zero series is one of the most evil villain I think, he sparked a huge war that wiped 90% of reploids and 60% humans. He altered everyone's last hope into something very wicked even X had to seal it with his own body, and last ... that guy also tried to destroy humanity's last hope in nature.

Okay, cleary we got an inconsistant fanboy here who hasnt even played ff6. Copy of the joker? are you mental? He has none of Jokers weaknesses and has no true rival, Kefka is the living definition of insanity the need to destroy destroy destroy over and over. He isnt all powerful sure but he was powerful enough that when he died all magic dissipated from his world, leaving them in a cataclysm that makes 2012 look like a kiddy splash pool. He poisoned a whole village just to hear screams he made a race go extinct, he doesnt need motivation especially when you see the world as a joke that needs that punchline of destruction delivered not only that but he may not be all powerful but this guy gets the last laugh no matter who he goes up against. He is incredibly evil and incredibly insane your comparisons dont level up to him. Johan Liebert was a classic Sociopath who was made better than what he actually was with fancy writing and in general Monster was boring for the most part. Cthulu from lovecraft is just some being from the 5th dimention we cant comprehend however on the flip side the 5th dimention cant contemplate our reality so Cthulu would go just as insane if he had to get a good look at Kefka tapping his ass, Then oh boy thanos as if most marvel fans dont kiss up to him enough (And I am one I just dont like thanos) he didnt kill all the celatials and galactus is limitless he cant kill him and he cant become the one above all the one above all is above him, Finally Griffith is a good character from berserk with a fancy betrayal but after he did the whole betrayal he lost any depth of character he had he is just simply better as a hero because as a villain he is pathetic and what ruined berserk for me, because after his betreyal he was just simply nothing. If you wanted to have a dick fighting competition over power let me remind you that Chaos the most powerful being in the ff universe can rip out anyone's perception of reality and not even a fancy infinity gauntlet can fix that
