King Horker i never saw super nova know why? Knights of the round planning on doing a full power sepithroth without knights of the round which i heard has around 900k hp
@@flamingrubys11 I just beated the game and he never used Super Nova. I think I went in over leveled: I had 4x Cut with cloud and omni slash already unlocked. Didn't even got to use KOTR
@@tangiblemammal5273 yeah it wasn't enjoyable. I found out by guides he gets an incremental HP for every character on level 99. So I did that. He used Super Nova at least 3 times, much more exciting.
I remember being a kid and seeing the Supernova for the first time, the music was at the "Veni veni venias" part. Legit in awe when that happened, now I'm in awe again, Sephiroth is in Smash.
The English lyrics clearly are "Bells, frogs, big cherries, peter pan, magic cheese, SEPHIROTH." I will not be taking questions or comments at this time.
Discussion time! The phrase 'burning inside with violent anger' could be the time period where sephiroth learns about the experiments shinra was doing and resents them for it. By now he left shinra and is stuck the way he is; doomed a empty monstrous fate 3:22 This point in the song is really interesting! I personally think this is Jenova's point of view telling sephiroth to come get her and not let her die hence why he's desperately trying to find her These are just my thoughts and theories. I'd love to hear other people's take on what the lyrics mean 😄
@@monojuice but then what happens when the open map is involved? If they pack as much stuff into that as they did with midgar that would probably take as much time if not longer, and even if they don't wouldn't that make the rest of the game feel shallow?
Ziro they don’t have to pack as much stuff because midgar is the most detailed. That’s what was said years ago, midgar was so detailed and photorealistic that it took them so long. Plus they already got the hard stuff out of the way like renders, modeling, character appearances etc etc
If you listen to this track at any point in any game you're dead, that's it . I remember leveling up in Kingdom hearts and just wiping the floor with everyone at the coliseum and just when I thought it was another chump this track starts playing at that exact moment I knew I was boned .
I know this late but I had a similar experience in kh2 where I thought spam was gonna get me any where. I was wrong, 1 cinematic slash later i have no health and then i'm dead Thank you sephiroth for traumatizing me at level 55
I like how the lyrics also callout that he's doomed to be a monster. I'm not a Final Fantasy Fan, so I didn’t know if he was a fallen hero or what. Knowing that his song explicitly says he's doomed to be monstrous and empty helps a lot
[Opening] (Lyric replacement for one winged angel song) “Ducks, will rule one day, We will con-quer many” X2 “WE ARE HERE!” ”WE WILL RULE!” “All ducks are, to be great, We will take, back our place” X2 ”TO BE GREAT!” “THAT IS US!” “Any foe of,” ”The human race” “Shall be declared,” “To our nation” “DOWN WITH THE HUMANS! THEY WILL DIE, WE WILL THRIVE!” X2 “WE THE DUCKS!” “DUCKS THE GREAT!” [Instrumental] “We are hiding everywhere, There is no hiding from us,” X2 “We have weapons we have plans, No human is safe from us” X2 [repeat from “We are hiding everywhere”]
Dancing Mad and One Winged Angel are my favorites composition from Nobue Uematsu, he did his job magnificently. These songs gives me chills everytime I hear it, or everytime it entered final part
as I said earlier if you put ira and vehementi together you get rage but seperatly they translate to anger (ira) and strong (vehementi) if you study the word rage it breaks down to strong anger and google translate is good at giving rough translations but for precise translations I prefere a dictionary
I hadn't realized that the lyrics were a grab bag of phrases from Carmina Burana. Listen to Carl Orff's "In Taberna: Estuans Interius" for the first line; "O Fortuna" for the second; and "Cour d'amours: Veni veni venias" for the third line.
Whoever came up with the name Sephiroth, deserves an award most threatening name in gaming and fiction in my opinion, doesn’t sound super evil so he could be a guy people look up to like in the game universe, but really a pretty bad dude like cloud knows
As I read, comprehended, and understood these lyrics while listening to the song, I couldn't help but think about Nobuo Uematsu. I thought, "Holy Sh!t." How did any human being like me come up with this or even piece this together? Nobuo Uematsu, I'm very grateful you're still alive. I won't ask you to create anything else so powerful. Instead, I'll wish you a good life, and try to find a way to express how thankful I am for everything you've created. Thank you so much : )
Someone told me they think the “burning inside with violent anger” and the “do not let me die” and the “glory noble” is talking about cloud and now I can’t stop thinking about it
This remind me of Sephiroth Supernova on PS1. My characters legit fcked, that Barret decided to kill Cloud and TIfa before shot himself to death after that
As far as "classical" music goes (with the term classical meaning pretty much any symphonic, orchestra type music) Latin is pretty much the go-to language.
In smash, I like to set my health to 999 in stamina battle and set all of the CPUs health to 500. I battle 7 of them as Sephiroth and I have a spirit on with super armour so it's like a boss fight. I sometimes use my amiibo.
