Monster Arena Guy: I did it! I created a monster! Me: Y'know, considering basically all of these are way stronger than Sin, maybe you'd like to send them all to attack it and save millions of lives instead of charging me thousands of gil to take a crack at them?
@@Mystrohan maybe Monster Arena Guy can only tame them in that area? And protagonists don't know true nature of Yu Yevon. What if Yu Yevon can possess monsters too?
@@Alan-cm7ye Considering that he’s literally got a monster shackled up in the arena, I’d say he’s got a pretty foolproof method of taming them. Plus, whenever the party fights a new monster, there’s no arena - it’s actually in the Calm Lands, so he clearly lets them out to fight the party. Also, he wouldn’t have to go anywhere - every High Summoner fights Sin in the Calm Lands, exactly where the Monster Arena is. Beyond that, no monster that we’ve ever seen shows a propensity for destroying Spira. Only Sin does that.
Christ even at 99,999 attack damage it still took dummy long for the first fiend, I love this game but the only reason why I never actually completed this game was because there was always too much to do, after I spend a good 3-4 days just to do one thing like powering up a celestial weapon (depending on which and just one), after I look at the next thing to do and the requirements for it, the thought of all the tedious little task becomes so daunting to the mind to a point where I end up not touching the game for months-years, that's pretty much why I never get around to really completing any of the final fantasy games 😅... well that and it's hard to live and make time for all the little time consuming game task and still be interested enough to want to go back to it after 15 years (still love the game though)
Joey Aragona It literally is, with the right kind of research… One of those games like LOZ Breath of the Wild or Fire Emblem Three Houses… Where if you really could, you can spend like hundreds of hours on these games.
Im 5 years late but the first fiend can literally be ended in about 4 turns. Knock the fiend over have wakka equip the loner overdrive and spam attack reels, it takes only 2 of them to kill the fiend lol.
I've got to say, I know you put forth a lot of time and effort on all their stats/weapons/armor...watching you cast spells without Doublecast gave me anxiety that I must go seek medical treatment for now. Have a great day.
What an absurd ammount of HP and damage. Love this game though but that... Jeez For me it wasn't worth to spend such time grinding just for theese bosses.
that fisrt fiend took you waaaayy too long to end at that point in the game and considering you have decent stats you could just quick hit to death , there is no point in using magic and flare because i will never reach 99.999 damage , so better stick to quick hits and wakka's attack reels if you have it good farming everyone :) i'm almost max stats even in luck and on my way to destroy dark aeons and penence
The echo boomers or whatever demographic this game was aimed at forget that the HD FFX is based on the international version that America never got two decades ago. In the American version we see here, probability is different. Can you almost spam Zanmato in the American FFX? No! Also! in this game, Nemesis spams his most powerful moves like Armageddon more than his international or HD counterpart.
Nemesis is no match for this Private Security Special Force of Shinra Electric Power Company: SOLDIER: First-Class. Zack Flair and Genesis are talented enough to destroy him, easily. For these Guardians are simply homeschooled heroes: SOLDIER: First-Class is the professional division of the private security force of Shinra.
Excluding Slice and Dice, Attack Reels and anything Rikku does, most of the overdrives are pretty useless at this point compared to just quick hitting them in the face.
Eu tenho uma capture e trabalho para guilda dos caçadores que tem um zoológico e sugeri que eles fizéssemos um torneio em um coliseu por que quero um salário
Honestly, I'd be surprised to find out that this guy even grinded to get these stats. There's a serious lack of familiarity and strategy. The amount of time required grinding (these bosses specifically) to achieve these stats would make these battles preform like clockwork.
I think he was recalculating whether the move he pick will gets more turn of the party. If u observe the turns, sometimes whenever he selected some specific attack, the party gets more turns before comes the boss turn to attack
