That is surprisingly cheap! I would take a very close look at the kind of material the chinese are using (if they're getting the contract). And I agree with the person who suggested a 4-lane bridge; why not.

That is dirt cheap compared to bridge building cost in American average is 1-2 billion dollars usd .
