@@chubbycatfish4573 That's a good point, though I hardly ever play the game with another player, but I didn't forget about the CPU player that you can play with as well.

Streets of rage 3 had high expectations to fill after the amazing streets of rage 2. Graphics felt outdated, music was mediocre, level designs felt bland, new characters looked dumb (I mean kangaroo jack really?) and of course the unnecessary difficult spike compared to the previous games. Now of course there were good things like different endings and unlockable characters and the ability to run with all the characters and not just skate but overall the game fell flat and is by far in my opinion the worst game of the 4 (Bare knuckle 3 is better but I’m still unimpressed with the game overall). Final fight 3 on the other hand is arguably the best game in the series. (It’s hard to top OG Final fight arcade but I did say arguably) Fantastic music, great level design, different endings, different hidden areas to explore, new characters new moves, the return of guy, the ability to run, do a super move,combos and coop with a cpu. It’s biggest flaw is the fact that it was snes exclusive which means some lag in multiplayer and with limitations there are few enemies on the screen at a time. Basically to sum this up yes Final fight 3 is better than streets of rage 3 but Streets of rage 4 thankfully made up for the streets of rage 3 debacle so let’s hope somewhere down the road we get a Final fight 4.

A fair assessment of both series. I can definitely agree that this one is the crown jewel of the Final Fight saga.
