You were talking about how unfair it would be for match to end when the escape time machine is destroyed when the raider is about to die, i've literally had that happen. Almost had cell finished off, was just waiting for my final bit of change power to come back and then a teammate went and got in the escape time machine and then got it destroyed by cell. I really don't want to self advertise, but it happened in my "cell wins by committing fraud video" i was so titled. it's a really dumb mechanic and it wasnt even in the first beta, they added that later, i complained on twitter immediately after.
I was in the first beta and if I couldn't get to the time machine/ it was destroyed Cell was already perfect by then and I had no chance of winning. I would just hide until the time limit expired it was amusing to see the Cell get frustrated being unable to find me but I understand why they made it so there is just one Emergency Time Machine and why the game ends if it breaks. At least they let it tank 1 hit since Frieza's second disk is what destroyed it opposed to one in I think the second beta.
@@starkiller1289 in my game the super time machine wasnt even spawned yet, i was just about to place the final key and then plan to jump cell and finish off his remaining hp while he was trying to destroy it but then the game just suddenly ended
@@bakabridget9248 If you didn't get the quick pop up of the emergency time machine being destroyed you may have run out of time or the game glitched and called the back up destroyed as an ally used it. I did have one time in a call where it did the animation of us escaping but then the game acts as if we all died on the time machine so it could have bugged.
Well in a 1v7 game the 1 has to be much stronger than each of the survivor individually if all of the survivor can compete in a 1v1 against the raider it will be horribly unbalanced like in dbd previous version where all of the survivor can 1v1 the killer in a chase so how can the survivor win it's by using good teamwork
It's kind of a bad take to call Raider op when the survivors are total beginners and couldn't even hit 3 until endgame where the raider was actively ignoring them.
I think if the super time machine start up is destroyed, only then should the normal time machine Trunks sends being destroyed end the match. Because I've seen the opposite where we were down to a few players, only had one area key left, but someone tried to use the time machine to escape and got hit. Even tho our main objective was still available, the game ended with a loss. I feel like it should be a more "if both are destroyed, its an instant loss" rather than a "game continues if this one is destroyed, but this one? Nah, game over." Oh, and for saying like "what if the survivors were change level 4 and about to win", I think the reason they implemented it was to stop a game from dragging on because the survivors have no way to escape, therefore being stuck with a raider for however long will just cause them to hide away and drag out the game. Plus you can kind of make it a lore/story thing, the since the main goal is to escape, having your means to destroyed means the survivors are basically trapped forever. Defeating the raider other times counted as a win because now the survivors were free to continue starting up the super time machine, or hop on the regular time machine, without worry. At least that's my way of trying to make sense of it.
Can I make mention how crazy good that Cell walking animation for the intro to the match screen is? Like, that walk gives a sense of "you are so screwed now buddy" and I love it.

Remember when Hercule punched Cell, did not hurt him and was smacked into a cliff? It's like that but worse, since Hercule at least has feats of strength like pulling busses and ripping a phone book in half while these guys are as strong as Tiny Tim.
It’s basically a suicide punch, if you have no barrier you get knocked down. However, I have seen 2 games won where a survivor punches the raider as they are destroying the time machine, it interrupts them, and there was only a sliver left before it was finished. I think one video was titled “Cell gets punched in the ASS by Bulma, then dies.” It’s the ultimate clutch.

You were trying to help the survivors out for most of the game collecting dragon balls and not trying to kill them all within the first few minutes and still none of them survived. How unfortunate for them. You'll get your grand battle against a change level 4 survivor eventually. In the meantime keep filming Dragon Ball: The Breakers, these videos are far more entertaining to watch.
I think the game ends because no one remaining can escape the Time Seam once the Emergency Time Machine has been destroyed. Sure, you COULD defeat the Raider, but you're trapped in the Time Seam forever either way. Defeating the Raider can be excused if you do so after the Activation System was destroyed because you can still use the Emergency Time Machine to escape the Seam after the Raider is killed.

I know im a year late with the comment, but i just realized that one of the survivors name was "Dokkanesmejor" which means "Dokkan Is Better", just in spanish. His name is "Dokkan Is Better", and he probably means that Dokkan Battle is better than Breakers. Steed, what's your opinion in this statement?
"I don't know why they made Raider so powerful in this game." Because it's an asymmetrical 1v7 game, so the Raider needs the power to remain competitive against other players and not just be a nuisance?
something i feel like needs to be mentioned. at the start of the match when ur picking ur loadout i think when it says surivors instead of some random username that means ur playing with/against cpu. so this 1v7 ends up being a 1v4
Do u guy's know when the next beta is coming because only shit this game is a lot of fun and definitely gonna get my hands on this game when it comes out
