Dear Richard, thank you. I cut my hair low like you. Practice to talk during interview like you. Did 4 rounds of interview on teams, got invited for onsite visit (discussion, launch and tour of facility) and back in the director office, contract was handed to me. Thank you for helping me getting a new job. I watched lot of your videos, took notes, and adapted the answers as per the company industry and the position that I applied for. I would like to feedback few points from my final interview. The COO of this international company approved my application and as part of his feedback was the following comments 1) dress code - he appreciated that I was dressed professionally (full suit on) 2) I knew the company up side down 3) I was articulated 4) I am multilingual.... None of the points mentioned required efforts. I believe you mentioned few of these points in your video.. thank you again Michael
