I would have grabbed the blue gasket. Trimmed it. Smothered both sides with copper RTV. Loosely attach it. Let it cure overnight. Lightly don up the screw the next day using threadlocker. Let that cure. Then send it

Hey bro, thank you for watching, and the comment. Just to let you know, I do have a giant set of Owens, but on an exhaust like this, you basically need a gasket not an O-ring the O-ring will simply just fall inside when you put on the outside cap of the muffler.
