MY INTRODUCTION:
My video is based on introduction as mentor. I am preparing the lectures of different topics of construction of building. Dear Civil engineer in addition to acquiring necessary qualifications such as Diploma, Bachelors or Masters degrees in Civil Engineering, it is also necessary to equip yourself with critical & sound practical knowledge which is important not only for the employability but to deliver the product with sound and to the basis of requirements of the clients which also enhances the safety of workers and end users resulting in minimizing project costs for Clients. My aim is to impart & to provide technical knowledge and advice to undergraduate civil engineers & to individuals working in the field of civil engineering. My interactive lectures include complete description of core topics (inclusive of construction of a building and different stated from layout to finishing of the construction project also House keeping, Health & safety, reasons of protection form fire and power hazards at the projects, communication between the stake holders and & process of execution) of civil engineering inclusive of reasons of failure of projects and the remedy of same. These live lectures are tailored according to the needs of those who need to refresh their knowledge. The lectures to be delivered physically also online on zoom voice and video application or meet voice and video application Professional Background: I have 48 years of experience as a civil engineer on different positions in Pakistan including 34-year in the Sultanate of Oman. Some of the key projects in my portfolio include the construction of common teaching block at Sultan Qaboos university Muscat, villas, Health centres, extended health centres, School buildings, and resorts.
