Final process for 3d VR video from Quest 3 

This should work - put the q3 in dev mode and connect USB
Set params per creator.oculus... especially screenCaptureEye 2
Then make a video from the q3, plug in USB and get the file
process per above link to deal with frame rate
then process per support.google... and upload to YT, then enjoy in the q3 yt app
