Victoria's Moon says they’re based in the UK, but their orders are fulfilled from China. I bought the beach sunset one you showed. I loved the image but the finished product is not good in the small size that I bought 20x30. From a distance it looks okay but close up its very pixelated.
Drop shipping from China isn't that unexpected to me from a company like that. Also, matter where you get your diamond paintings from, unless it's designed to look good small, then the smaller sizes won't look as good as the bigger ones. It's just the nature of using pixels as big as drill to make images. I would say that pretty much any photo turned into a diamond painting would not look great at a small size.
