However costs will differ per state, per housing standards, her schumacher office, per add-ons/removals, per lot, per utilities & appliances chosen, per financing, per financial history & lender. So really my costs are irrelevant. Not being mean just being honest. I can give my quoted upgrade costs from signing in 2019 before increases in supplies, but it probably is irrelevant in today’s market. Also when you say “closing costs” I’m not sure if you mean total closing with Schumacher or closing with the financing cash down. 1 closing with Schumacher, the base price for a Halsted in our area has gone up $60k since we signed a year ago so that’s not going to help you any. Closing at the bank just depends on your credit, your lot appraisal, and what’s required to put down. However we told them what we wanted to put down from the beginning so I’m not even sure of what we would’ve had to put down. Sorry not much help.
