From my experience , I think sukunahikona should be S and Karma could be A. Sukunahikona will nullify all projectiles, meaning that is makes most ranged types completely useless. Making a whole class and playstyle nearly obsolete I think warrants an S rank. Plus when you do get hit you get the Sharingan effect. Not to mention the second input breaks Susano’o and has medium damage. Karma could be A because it breaks Susano’o and super armor, and holds your opponent in place allowing your teammates to deal tons of damage. Plus after the second input you get the swift step effect, and this is Defense types as of now only charge speed buff(not including swift step itself), giving the slowest type high speed.
Agreed. I would definitely make those changes to the tier list. Honestly, I would move up a bunch of stuff from into S tier, because hazan isnt so much better than those things and hell, sukunahikona counters hazan lol. Granted, I didn’t put much thought into the tier list but overall, great points
@@hiddenrose that and cherry blossom with the candies literally replaces cellular activation in heal potential just because it comes back quicker and works for the team
I think you criminally undersell water shark jutsu, it may have a long start up time but it has next to no end lag when you shoot it, so you can charge in with it or do interesting followups after it, it goes through walls, heals on hit, resets jutsu, the spin it does is good on hard knockdowns and you can use the handsign cancel tech on it to do combos not normally possible, like canceling longsword grounded triangle into itself for more armor. Mid B at best.
Anyone Else wanna see Rose Make These Tier Lists based off of the MATCHTYPE (ergo, combat, barrier, base, flag, survival)? Maybe even including Cast Characters for Hero Fest or if not for Hero Fest, then its for the people that don't have the DLC but DO play the Cast Character!
(also I have different opinions about too much to type in a comment section, so Imma spare you by just mentioning one thing: both the ink jutsu's are multihits that can do cursed resets to hardknock, (same with multiple shadow striking snake, which btw lowers heal recovery by 50% for as long as the cooldown of the jutsu lasts, which is its main strength) , which is why waaaay back when the ink lions would be used with lightning net the net would hit the person twice if done correctly. There is honestly way too much to say about everything, just know this MOTIVATES me to make builds using your considered weakest abilities and try to make them shine ^^. I'm glad you made this video and I enjoyed watching it
Glimmering Flame should be way higher on the list. I get that it's slow moving so it's easy to dodge, but if you know how to stun it's downright oppressive. It has a smoke bomb stun so it can be used to reset a combo, and it has major movement speed and defense debuffs. If used with the right build, you can one shot or tod anyone on any class.
Salamander is a b class in the right hands. I won multiple pit fights with Salamander. Man that bourto stream is a list. Partial expansion is at least b class. The healer tier is on point.
I know this is very niche, but I recently found out Limbo Clones actually go through Strange Taste, and for that reason, I’d have them slightly higher as its one of if not the only (barely play heal so feel free to correct me), jutsus healers have to counter that highly oppressive jutsu on base
bit of a dymb question but why is amaterasu above flame control? is there some secret tech I don't know about or does amaterasu have restriction damage along with it's defense debuff?
also chidori's cooldown is 2 seconds longer for some reason despite the fact that it's just a worse lightning blade and same for onyx it isn't good enough to have 16 second cooldown
Lol It’s either the best range move with perfect conditions or absolute bs with the dumbness of the game. It’s my favorite move in the game though, so there is heavy bias on its placement
