Thanks, Steph! I always panic when I spend money I wasn't planning for. That should be a good thing, right?

That used to be us! I would literally throw food away that went bad in our fridge because we ate out so much. Wasteful all around lol. Thankfully, we got out of the habit after a lot of trial and error. Meal planning saves me!

They really do add up!! We used to have so many more than we do now. In fact, a few of them we paid for multiple accounts because we lost track of which email the apps were purchased with. I never thought I’d cancel Netflix, but we rarely watch anything on it anymore.

Our house is about 2000 square feet... our power bill has our fiber optic internet and an outdoor light/pole charge on it. Our actual electric portion of the bill was $274... which is still very high. Our heating/air system is about 5 years old. We try really hard to be conservative with our usage, but I do keep the thermostat pretty low at night because I get so HOT when I sleep. #middleageproblems
