I dont even know you, but I've been listening for a long time so it sometimes feels as if I do. Know that your life has more worth and meaning than you even realise. Centring your life around something as good and uplifting as comedy; bringing people joy and making them laugh is the kind of good we need more of in this world. Please don't give up, you will find everything you're looking for. And if by chance anyone else is reading this and struggling, know that you're also not alone, pain is temporary even if it feels eternal, you have worth and value and there will be better days to come.

This podcast and your standup in general helped me during a really difficult time in my life last year. Sad that this is the final one (I really hope it's isn't). But you have to do what's right for you. Just wanted to say how insanely grateful I am to you, please keep touring, keep making people laugh, we appreciate it all 🙏

Troy Bond, I love you. This is a gift I have for you; Loneliness is all about focus. If you get into a pattern of telling yourself how lonely you are, and you believe you are lonely, and you focus on the feeling of being lonely, then that is how you will manifest your future! However, when you start to feel lonely, if you consciously stop thinking that thought, then reassert your focus onto all the ways you are connected, focusing on those connections, and strengthening or healing the connections you do have, then you will start to realize the truth of what you are! You are made of pure connection. It is through connection that you were brought forth into this existence! It is impossible for you to be separate from that which you are! You have never been alone, in fact, you can never be alone! Your loneliness is a choice you make by focusing on an idea which is not even yours. So shift your focus onto a better thought. One that is true and can help you heal. You are connected. You are loved. You are worthy of all the love and adoration! And you will never, ever be alone. So stop convincing yourself that you are lonely. Nothing could be further from true! I love you buddy! Have the best day EVER! And Tory, I love you too! This is truth for everyone! So don't hesitate to share it!
