Diff, I think it looks great at both ride height and slammed with no skirt. Matches the front wheel opening. Loving the build!

I prefer the no skirt look. But if you do the mini skirt, then consider using a larger sweeping radius at the bottom front. I love your craftsmanship!

It's looking great so far, the only thing that looks odd is how high the lower angle on the rear of the fenders. I do love the tools you create and share with us. And no skirt looks best

You did an absolutely fantastic job on those rear fenders. I must admit, I didn’t care for the look of them until you finally finished them, and they looked better than I imagined they would. My vote is no skirt.!

I am always interested to see the jigs and fixtures that you come up with. I make and use things like that in the tooling shop all the time. Love seeing your ideas. Since I love the wheels on the truck , my preference would be no skirts. A Wednesday video caught me by surprise as I always expect you on Sunday afternoon. Very nice work Div.!

Div, I really like it without the skirt. Gives it a balanced look with front. The full skirt looks great if you're going for the '50-60's full custom look.

No skirts the ride height is perfect and the lay frame height shows off those beautiful wheels. You don't want to hide them that's like building a covered bed with a tailgate. Take care Diff.

Brilliant build Div… definitely no skirt, I think there will be way too much steel on the back end if you do, the balance between front and rear is great the way you have it with just the open arch… You’re right there needs to be some ‘shiny stuff’ on view. Looks good in all height positions with open arch… Such a great build, thank you for sharing your skill and ideas 👍

Something I may do with my ‘37 Chevy pickup, full skirt with a hole that matches the window profile, maybe match the profile between the hood to front fender? The nice thing about skirts is they can be removed. They change the look completely with little effort. Maybe make 2 or 3 different sets. Great job on the truck. Nice to see a master at work!

I would go no skirt, i really like the tool you made to hold the round bar in place, that was clever.

Skirts are great anti wheel theft devices. Mini skirt looks very cool. Gives you back the original profile you designed into the fender yet gives you access to do what is needed. It is different enough to be unique and interesting. Do your self a favor and make them with snap binders so you don’t have to wrench them off. I did that to my 55 olds delta 88 full skirts and saved me a bunch of aggravation and time.

As always your videos are both entertaining and educational but I prefer no skirt as it fits in better with the front mudguard and shows off the wheels better

Midi skirt looks best of the three, I think. But maybe increase the arch of the skirt a little bit for when the car is slammed. Looks really good when it's aired up though, when you can see the center of the wheel.

For style and extra Coolness factor, I would go with the miniskirt. It blends well with the corves on the fender.

Mini skirt looks killer. But thr rear of the back guards bother me, they should swoop around tail dragged style and bottom out flat with everything else when you sit it out. JMO.

Only because you’re asking, sir, well, the wheel arch itself is already like a miniskirt, no extra in need, but also it feels like those corners are a little bit off compared to the front arch, somewhat German style, and I think the first bigger cut option was arguably more harmonious to the whole picture. ❤

I vote no skirt. I think you should look at making the back of the fender more in line with the front and rounded on the wheel opening, not angled up. Just a thought. Love your craftsmanship.

You have a set of really nice wheels Diff, I think they need to be shown. Adding skirts will require more fab which will be educational, however if you encounter a flat in the rear, the hassle of removing the skirt to change a tyre is not worth it. As always lekker boet.
