Nobody arguing about the supra handle better. But it's not faster, it has better tires, faster transmission ZF is better then nissan 9 speed from Mercedes, plus the supra has an electric LSD vs nissan mechanical LSD.
You say "Bridgestone, which is not good at all". Bro, just say the exact model of the tire which is Bridgestone Potenza S007. FYI not all Bridgestones are as bad as the already old S007. For example the Potenza Sport or the Potenza Race are as good as the PS 4S. And Potenza RE-71RS is the equivalent of Michelin Cup2 or Cup2 R. Michelin also has a lot of crap models as any other tire manufacturer.
Exactly, I've noticed this channel does that alot and I've tried mentioning that in the comments before. Bridgestone is a Manufacturer, Potenza is a range neither represent a single tyre model. Potenza specifically is their high performance road tyre range with many different models for different purposes just as Dueler is the off road also with many different models range.
@Eugen-E Bridgestone had the RE003, and now they are the Firestone Firehawk Indy 500. Best bang for the buck. The 500 are excellent. I currently have Contential Contact Sport 02, and they are better, but not by much.
@@frednugent8068 Every tire manufacturer has low, mid budget tires and also high end tires. Now the best street performance summer tires from Bridgestone are Potenza Sport and Potenza Race. And their best street legal track tire is RE-71RS.

Had a 21 supra. Great car. Buying a Z this week. Stock for stock, the Supra is faster. I could care less. My C8 would easily beat both cars. I want a nice GT car, and the Z fits that perfectly.
I've owned both the Supra felt cramped and I never loved the look fake vents.I bought Z and love it and could careless if it's .3 tenths slower in 1/4 mile.l 99% of people who buy these cars New are never drag racing them that usually occurs for the second and third owners.I remember when I managed a Jeep store people spend 70k on a Rubicon Wrangler spend another 10k in lifts and mods and never go over more than a SPEED BUMP in mall parking lot.If you Love your Supra Great or Dark Horse Great and Z great we our all on the same side why so much hate?lol
Yup you said it right. I've had many vq37s and for my next car I'm going b58. The vr30 platform has proven to be really outdated and unreliable. Especially the chassis design. It's really noticeable around a track.
It's not just the tires. The Supra just has more power, less weight, better transmission and body rigidity. The Z's platform is 2 decades old, it just can't compete with its newer rivals anymore. Just slapping another 20hp on the Nismo Z isn't going to change much.
But let's not forget that BMW are notorious for underrating the HP on their engines... I own a BMW & I can tell you it's more hp than what's rated & in the future, I will be going with Z
That Z needs a small tune and with this set up, you save your self a ton of money. I appreciate the Z being a true Nissan. If Toyota had made that Supra it would be a 3 Cylinder 😂.

@@Areku06the b58 isn’t even comparable to the 2jz. The b58 is an undersquare engine which doesn’t allow it to produce much power. The 2jz is a square engine which allows it to rev significantly higher when built. 1000whp 2jzs rev to 9100rpm.

Tune. Both for the transmission and ECU. Then downpipe. Then he has a chance. Like I said a year ago: The New Z must have a complete intake Exhaust tune and tires or $5-7,000 in upgrades to compete in it’s price bracket Then it’s really a personal preference around styling and competitor choices…
Homie should just sell the car and buy a Supra. He spent $2,500 in mods and still got walked by a stock supra. Now imagine the supra getting $2,500 in mods.
Isn't bmw way more horse power than claimed (maybe 413.. they dyno'ed STOCK), but it's about LACK of power for nissan. Without REMAP that Z will never rise power level in an amount which would matter. Probably now got some 380bhp, some 2-3 hp over stock, those better times are coming because of TYRES not because of more power.
@gogz1981 thanks for the info. I found a few things online and a video from a german tuner. They focused on WHP. Specifically for a M440i xdrive. WHP looks to be about 405-408. Bmw states 386 hp. Thanks again, take care

Nissan 200 Pounds heavier. Also a 8 speed will always be quicker than a 9 speed. I'll always be a fan of 6 speeds. I don't see why we made extra gears.
From the factory the z makes like 360whp and 360lbft of torque. The Supra makes 382whp and 430lbftof torque. Significant difference. The Supra is pushing 15.8 psi while the z pushes 14.7 stock. Supra also has much better traction control and significantly better electronic assists.
Both of these cars suck compared to the C8. Believe it or not, I truly like the 370z more than this. It doesn't even have a convertable option!! Maybe it's because I'm 50, but to me a sport car should be a convertable
so disappointing. thanks nissan for killing the Z. the last pure Japanese grand tourer and they couldn't be bothered to give it their best effort. the fucking Infiniti qx80 is getting a sportier engine.
I have a 2021 Supra and the amount of Z and Mustang guys that try to kill themselves and everyone on the road to race me is insane. Z's are laughably slow for a performance car.
Is it that hard to praise the Supra in front of the Nissan owner ? Just make it easy l, Supra is faster look better and handles better, overall a better car lol feels like you don’t want to break the heart of the Nissan owner lol

@@SamCarLegion yes it did, but that don’t stop Nissan from losing every time it does a drag race. For that car to move the way it supposed too, I think you have to spend like an extra 10k to 20k. For that spend the money on a faster car, that’s just my point of view.
