I was told to eat lots of ladyfingers/ bhindi, it helps with the baby’s weight gain. I was all by myself abroad, I would eat bhindi fry and Masoor dal always, mainly last month before delivery.

Don’t worry. When I was inside my mother she had perfect weight, but I was born 2.15 kg with healthy body. Stay positive and pray to God. 😊
