Thats the truth. Were in Longview. Tx. What you do find is much higher priced. Im from Indiana. Best prices are in the midwest to the north east.

Hello, Jeffrey you need to catch up on Jocelyn’s videos. She’s been showing us recently Swung Glass Vase prices and how fast the prices are going up. She showed us some the other day that were $800 and higher. If you find any at a low cost Jeffrey you should be buying them as fast as you can. Of course you need to research a little to see which colors are going for high prices. She was showing us some in the bittersweet color and a few others. 😍

Look for the Rae Dunn's that have the big M on the bottom for Magenta - very expensive. I love my Rae Dunn mug collection. I m looking for a Momster mug. Could kick myself for passing on one.

The pin-up girl was on a sailboat. The actual print had a wider view. When you said it's hard to get excited about what you grew up with that's how I feel about a lot of the newer "vintage".

There's so much Rae Dunn around it's become Rae-Dunn- Dant, lol. I got stung by a wasp just last week, only the second time in my life. Hurt a lot & there's still a small sore there, I don't blame you wanting to escape that.

Rae Dunn reminds me of a minimalist style or very simplistic style. I’ve seen farmhouse style with Rae Dunn too. Personally, it’s not my style but it’s cute.

Those cocktail sticks are pretzels they used to use them back in the day at bars. They would put them in a bowl or a basket and put them on your table or on the bar..

Kind of agree about the Rae Dunn - I do not understand the attraction, just not my "thing." (However, go girl-boss you sold some mugs!) ☺That afghan was lovely. And that bittersweet - so yummy.

Love that antique mall - the pricing was very reasonable! I love the bittersweet - never seen it before! Great comparison to candy corn Jeffrey - Perfect for Halloween! The glass swan with the cracked base was only 12$ - I would have bought it for my personal collection. I think the owl seed picture was also only 12$ - great buy even missing an eye! Seemed like all the damaged items were 12$.... I thought for sure your fairy light was going to be chipped... 😄 happily no! I share your love of the quilts and afghans- so much work went into them 😍 And so many great owl pieces! How much was the fantastic, metal-look, plaster barn owl?

What a great shop - Barb, I honestly thought you were going to get that owl with the missing eye. That was sooo cool. I'm not big on afghans but the ones in the shop sure were nice!!

The seed owl looks like the kits from Herrschner’s 1970’s . They also had a monthly subscription where you got various kits each month. They all included small parts and glue.

Those old cracker tins….My mom had one in the early 60s. I remember it being on the table when we walked home from school at lunch. When I got married in ‘76, that winter, the company did a promotion and re-issued it. I bought one for myself and all my siblings, so my kids grew up with one, too. I now have Mom’s, but the one I keep on display is the newer one. Most of what I see in antique malls around here is the newer one.
