Once we got past the rough start that Sick Week 2023 presented, the middle of the week was smooth sailing 😎 It's NEVER been like that before, and I just kept waiting on something to happen to change our luck, but up to this point it was SO great! We ran a 6 on the last pass on Monday and then ran a 6 on both Tuesday and Wednesday! On Tuesday I got to line up with Steve Morris and his Wagon, and it is one of the coolest races I had all week. Granted, Steve wasn't running nearly as fast as he is capable of, but none the less, it was still some good side by side action. This is one of my favorite videos I've edited in a while, so I hope you guys enjoy it too!

"...plan for the worst, HOPE for the best." That's the order I say it. I plan for Murhpy's law by preparing in advance, but I ALWAYS hope for the best. Think it of it as the last song you heard on the radio before you leave home, it tends to stick with you. Same with "Hope for the best," the best tends to stick with you.

Hey Alex, I know your father is a very busy man with you racing and his shop. He could make travel money for your family on race trips by building and selling trailers like your's. I'm sure a lot of your racing friends would buy one in a New York second. So proud of you, where you are now compared to last year and all the troubles that your father went through. Seems like yesterday, but I can remember your first episode of quest for the sixes, and no doubt it's s been a lot of hard work for you and your dad and everyone else, I can remember all the comments ,people saying "you'll never make it"and "your dad doesn't know what he's doing" well to all your naysayers, (nobody was listening to them anyway) but how about 3 in a row? That trailer has got you guys dialed-in, I like how it doesn't stick above the roof of your car, I was lucky to have a dad like yours, who gave me my love for cars and taught me how to work on them. Back before we had Loctite, we used fingernail polish as a thread locker. It is funny what we remember when talking to people that wasn't alive back in the day. It was like the high spots on drag slicks that had to be removed with an angle grinder. It is amazing all the things that have improved in the last 50 years!

I absolutely love the organization of the trailer. Have you ever thought about making a upper level specifically for the stuff you have to put on the car right away like the chutes and your suit just to make it easier. So you don’t have to dig out so much stuff.
