Damn, we appreciate your honesty, it happens to all hunters my man. That said we owe it to the animal and ourselves to check your rifles zero before the hunt, especially if we know we dropped it or bumped it. 👍🏻👍🏻 Like your channel….

Just dial-it-in Boss man!! Every season, just got to be patient (as you were) and adjust and set the scope, set the parameters. We all have been there. Always check your zero after you think something may have caused it to be bumped off. I would also suggest getting a longer legged bipod with spiked feet so you don't have to use your pack to steady the bipod.

What the OP said was correct, if your going out to hunt never take for granted your weapon/s are still sighted in. Bossman said that it dropped, All the more reason to check the zero. I have never taken a weapon out hunting and not checked the zero, that’s our responsibility as ethical hunters. So, the point is right. 👊🏾👊🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

It's amazing how many people adjust their scope kinda backward. The bore of the rifle is to the right. Because the scope is off to the left. So naturally, people adjust to make it shoot left. The correct way is to move the crosshair to the bore. So, the adjustment should be to the right. However, when you try to explain it. People still don't understand. If you keep this simple explanation in mind. The bullet hole is where the bore/barrel is. Simply move your cross hair to the hole. If anyone owns any of the 1 shot, zero night vision or thermals. This is exactly how it works. And your normal scopes work the same way. This way, your parallax works correctly on longer distances. Love the video content BossMan. Keeper coming.

Same thing happen to me, got the hunting area, opened the back of the Tahoe and my gun fell out, it was in a hard case so I didn’t think it did anything, first buck I see 75 yard shot and I shoot right under him, second buck I see bout 100 yards..shoot under him, never see another buck in range, get home go to the shooting range the next day and I’m probably 4 inches low at 50 yards on paper!! I learned 2 big lessons that hunt, always secure my gun in the vehicle even if it’s in a case and always take my laser bore sight with me….just in case!! 😂😂😂

It happens to the best of us, no different than loosing a salmon because you didn't put on. new line from the spring steelhead run. But just be diligent from here is all you can do learn your lesson and go forward as you can tell another how to be better. Great video brother 👍

Been there done that. Missed a group of coyotes by a mile. Scope was off 20 MOA vertical. I guess I knocked it on something. You’ll get em down man. 🥓

Recently discovered your site, and I like it. Your place is similar to my wife's family land in west AL. The one year I didn't bother to check zero and missed several shots at deer, the scope was off over 18" left and low! Before I started reloading, I found different brands of ammo would hit 6"-8" points of impact also! On the other hand, several deer I shot and wasn't sure if I hit or missed when they bolted...I found 30-100 yards into the woods. Sometimes a blood trail and sometimes not.
