If I am not mistaken u can do it at indian embassy in Malaysia..... Try finding out... Coz in Singapore, u can easily do it at embassy.... Embassy le senja innum fast aah aagirum... Second, international licence, Malaysia le online le senja u can get it within few week... I got my international licence in Singapore within 1 week....
