Safety concern ki wajah se mene ye meeting kisi common place pe rakhne ke liye bola but unhone Dream Hyundai Ghaziabad mein 16/10/2022 Sunday 4:00 pm fix kia hai. Let's hope for the good. No need to go to dealer also, just keep calling the dealer number and ask why they did like that, more than 50 calls asking will get them irritated, I am seeing this video from South, so if I can get the dealer number, I can also call and ask why he did like that..😀

Excellent reporting. This will do service to all us car buyers. I had engine oil leak on a my brand new hyundai out of the gate about 30 years ago. I wish I was as smart as you are at that time and took up the issue. This was an experience with a dealer in Toronto Canada. I think Cars have improved but not the dealers!

You should always ask for virtual discussion if not on neutral venue from next time.Also make sure to ask for minutes of meeting. Also ask for invitation mail for meeting.If you already have it then no worries.

Actually these dealers are gang. Good thing that you shared the experience. I too once went to a dealer of this brand. They were showing very less interest so next day i bought a Nissan Terrano. Some days after that the dealer called up but i told them i had already bought a car. I am enjoying my car. Car and my local Nissan dealer running fine.

Morale of the story : When you are planning to buy a car and you are nobody in the Social Media arena then consider these things 1) If your budget is 10Lakhs just look for car which costs you less than 8 Lakhs 2) This 2 Lakhs capital will come handy when you have to drag cheaters in Consumer Court. I know 2 Lakhs will not be enough but this will be the seed money and help a lot in taking initial step. 3) If you are Lucky and didn't get cheated in one way or another then you can invest the money in planning a long trip in your New Car. Most imp. don't think Hundai is worst and TATA is best or xyz is worst and ABC is best. Dealerships are run by individuals and these guys have nothing to do with Car Manufacturer's quality and image.

It is completely the dealership owner's fault that you faced poor service delivery. He/she is entirely responsible to hire the right people, give them proper training and do regular audits and surprise visits to check on their staff. Poor quality in product or in service can NEVER be excused. I clearly see this as a problem at Hyundai global level and not at the dealership level judging by your description. It's probably a grass root level issue with the brand.

Bhai aapko car delivery leni he mahi chahiye thi, unle business head ko loop kar dete & pdi video attach kar dete , apne aap line pe aa jaate. Bhai aapka dil bada hai ki itni shanti se sab jhel gaye. Or koi hota tou whole unit replacement ke bina nahi maante.

No matter what happens pls don’t remove the video. I’m pretty sure they’ll keep on doing fraud in the future as they’re least bothered about customers. Also do keep a watch on their car service. Check the actual work done. Hyundai is cheat. I’ve gone through this. Keep good work going. 👍🏻👍🏻

Same thing happened to me but with Royal Enfield delivery. I just didn't accept that bike even the registered it, after paying full amount. I just walked out. And mailed their parent company. On the next day they were requesting to give new bike delivery.

I had delivered my car without PDI but i found that there were several marks of white wax pen inside door and in black plastic of hyundai exter . They said that its factory mark by QA personnnel. Why do they mark it? Any reason for it. Can i remove these marks without warranty void?

Hi Sir... Thanks for sharing this feedback but i will suggest not to fall into this trap. I had a similar experience from MG and this is a setup. Everyone is involved in this, They will always pass a blem on you. As you mentioned they will take the last step of such cases. Be the same carry a few people with you.

Friend , this is a common experience that most get to go through . Even after investing our hard earned money there are many who have missed a good buying experience. One need to use escalations etc to get their basic rights addressed still with a compromise . Irrespective of what resolution gets delivered. these bitter experience always stays On . I hope that you get your best resolution for your case .

Hyundai is fully aware of all these malpratices of not only this dealer, but across all dealership across India. They will not take any action against any of these dealers as it will impact both their business, and they do not want to offend their prime dealer at the expense of 1 dissatisfied customer. This is not the first time this has happened nor the last. This is done by each and every dealer across brands. But it's good that you highlighted as it's your right and you did the right thing. But don't expect anything to happen after the meeting, this is just a PR exercise as it got uploaded on RU-vid.

Complaint and feedback is our right so I do and everyone should do.. at last the power is in customers hand if they unitedly boycott a fraud dealership then company has to cancel it.. because no brand want to loose it's brand value because of some dealership..
