Latest Update: More than 1,700 units of the Hyundai Ioniq 5 have been recalled due to a potential issue of which might discharge its secondary battery.
Price: The Hyundai Ioniq 5 is priced at Rs 46.05 lakh (ex-showroom pan-India).
Seating Capacity: The Ioniq 5 is a 5-seater electric SUV.
Colour Options: It can be had in four exterior colour options: Gravity gold matte, Optic white, Midnight black pearl, and Titan grey.
Battery, Electric Motor and Range: The Hyundai Ioniq 5 is powered by a 72.6 kWh battery pack mated to a single rear-wheel-drive electric motor which makes 217 PS and 350 Nm. It offers an ARAI claimed range of 631 km.
Charging:
An 11 kW AC charger: 6 hours 55 minutes (0 to 100 percent)
A 150 kW DC charger: 21 minutes (10 to 80 percent)
A 350 kW DC charge: 18 minutes (10 to 80 percent)
Features: Key features include 12.3-inch infotainment and driver displays, a wireless phone charger, ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof, and dual-zone climate control.
Safety: It gets six airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), and a 360-degree camera.
Rivals: The Ioniq 5 rivals the Kia EV6 and BYD Seal while also being an alternative to the Volvo XC40 Recharge, BMW i4 and the upcoming Skoda Enyaq iV.
