Hello, I have a question. My family and I went to the Philippines a couple of months ago in July. My wife is Filipino so they gave us all a 1 year Visa on our passports. We are all back home now, but I am going back by myself in March 2025 for 5 weeks. My question: Is my 5 week stay in March still covered by the 1 year Visa or did my Visa end when I left the Philippines in July?

Since your 1-year balikbayan visa-free status has reset due to your departure from the Philippines, if you return without your wife, you will be granted a 30-day visa-free stay upon entry.
