Such as Pad Thai and Tom Yum Kung because they take a lot of time and energy to make. Glad you love Thai food and want to learn it. . So it was difficult to do it in Korea. Thai cuisine has so many small ingredient and it's quite super hard to balancing the taste to make it delicious especially when you cook Thai food for the first time, Don't be worried if you can't make the taste of the food on point even you have all prep ingredient from the teacher 😅

You practiced many menus at the cooking school and you did so well, but one thing I have noticed that teacher said put the ginger in Tom Yam instead Galangal ,that’s incorrect. Normally we use only Lemon Grass, Galangal and Kaffirlime Leaves in Tom Yam Soup, no Ginger plz… BTW you guys enjoyed the food for the whole trip,that’s just awesome
