That's what happens when you are shooting, and you get knocked, the game returns the last bullet shot when you got knocked as soon as you do something to update like heal or get in a vehicle.

Suppressors ABSOLUTELY are useful. Ignore that fact at your peril. They work.

Only on certain weapons. MK12, M16, QBU… other than that I agree with Choco. And once that person knows your position you’d much rather have something that would help with recoil and accuracy.
