i feel you on the slammed part .. i used to always love my cars slammed but now that’s i’m older i want my car more practical and able to drive and enjoy it and not worry about every bump or debris in the road .. 👍 i think alot of car guys go through that’s transition when they get older and mature ..

Man I remember being outta high school and watching your videos and eventually getting my own S197. I’m glad you’re doing well brother! I got so much stuff for my car because of you and I wanted to thank you for that after all these years. I’m also glad the passion is still there for you and I’m excited to see what’s to come for the stang!

So the age old debate is keep a car you care about or getting a new platform to grow the channel, I think we’ve seen many channels let go of the car that helped build the channel to expand and gain a new audience. I can’t blame them at the end of the day because the channel is a business. Whether you keep it or not I’ll still always watch the content 👍

Keep the s197, ignore the s650, be different. Every other mustang youtuber is jumping on the s650 train and it sucks. At least for me because most of you guys were my go to before and after I got my 2014. I'll never own a newer one.

I can really relate. My '14 will be 10 years old next month and I find myself getting bored with the car at times. I got to rent a GT3 this past weekend and it makes me want one so bad. Haha Excited to see the next chapter with your mustang. Hoping it'll help re-ignite the excitement for mine.

Glad to see the 2013 Mustang back. I just got my 2014 GT back out of the body shop after a small limb feel on it. I hope you always keep forever I know I will mine. I am going to build a Boss 302 clone out of mine.

You should look into a torsen rear differential from a track pack/boss/gt500

Love the direction . The watts link will help the rear. Get some good coilovers and get it corner balanced. Take some scca instruction and maybe invest in a sim setup. Not sure if you have improved the brake system however stainless steel lines and pads will help your track days. You deserve to be confident with your high horsepower car. It’s a sign of maturity that you recognize the levels of competence required once you start improving the performance of these Halo cars . Good luck to you will follow your progress.

May I suggest a BMR Watts link to turn your s197 into a super handling vehicle. Hands down the best mod on my VMP Gen 3. It worth the investment. Lost the bags and get coil overs. Bag are for flash not for street. There is a reason no race car has bags on them. I would suggest Steeda Coilovers that are specifically made for the s197. I'm not telling you what I heard. have had many compliments on technicians saying my care drives good as hell for a mustang,

If you haven't heard of or know of Ksport. Check them out. I'm running a set of Ksport Kontrol Pro coil overs on my 2020 ESS G3 1000whp car. They were one of the first mods I ever did on my car, and I can't say enough about how great they are. They are fully adjustable and the handling is everything you want in a racecar.

I highly recommend the Cortex Racing Watts Link. I didn't get the torque arm, not sure if it's needed tbh. I have a Roush 2.3L putting about 650 to the wheels and it is easily controllable with the Watts Link and coilovers.

Keep you s197, because the price of cars vs performance is ridiculous. A boosted s197 is an antique and if you sell it, you going to miss it, like many of us miss our 91/92 fox's. The new Mustang gt is a dud, heavy and slow. IT can't be tuned as well.
