..... great job on the shower .... the wood pieces around the bottom, you caulked them to the verticals, what about the miter joint to the next base piece, could that be create a challenge down the road .... my niece is prone to feeling she is not contributing/accomplishing enough in her jobs and this is job after job. She started out in an administrative position in a union environment, can not remember the industry. Anyhow because the office politics were such that she quit. The employer wanted her back because of her excellent revamping she had done and offer her more money but had to be under the table because of being union. She didn't go back. At that point in time she had her sites set on being a warehouse person and she has brushed on that a few times but gets shifted. She has ended up in the micro brewery realm and has come to the point where she has worked her way up the brew master ladder. Back to the point in hand, just selecting one story of many from different places she has been employed over the years. Company is bought out and a new to them manager is brought in and wants all employees to hand in what they do, a job description more or less. My niece, Becca was hired as front office, the first person the public meets when they come in the door and also handle the sales counter which was described as a small portion of the job. Most product is shipped out the back door wholesale. Becca is worried that she does not do enough and there is no way they will keep her. Turns out the new manager has been around to other employees inquiring as to what they do after their Job description ends and the common phrase was "give it to Becca". After the review she was given one full time staff and one half day staff to assist in her position. Maybe it is good to have the affliction you mentioned Katie because it makes you strive harder. But we must also realize that it is sorta an anxiety thing (my read on it. Me, I am like, why would they want me, but strangely they do and get rave letters of recommendation) and if we let it it can get out of control on the slippery slope. The best we can do is the best we can do at that moment in time and we improve in small increments every day. Are you a different person with a different level of interaction from the Katie that got on her first team zoom, bet you are and do probably not realize it. You have a great cheering squad in Parker. Quite often we are our own worst enemy and do not go for the promotions because we think that there is no way in hell that you could be a candidate. Always go for it and if you do not get it, ask for pointers that would make you a candidate and why you were passed on .... thx for the share .. as always .. never stop dreaming, ust dream bigger .. have fun be safe, save our oceans ....

Wood in a shower makes me cringe. While the edges have been sealed, I still see spots on the wood itself where the finish has worn off.
