I finally got posi done on the 90chevy..me and my buddy got it done took a while, a few days to be exact..i got the wrong posi then i went to get the right one in reno..il be posting a video soon to see how she does

Did you have to get the special bearings for it to to fit into the differential as well? The 2.85 ? Bearings.

Wow umm...i bought yukon and gear axle diff. Limited slip then just bought the bearings that the diff said too it had. Part number with it

I went the opposite direction with a 4 inch lift on my obs c1500 but a posi is a must have. 👌

It was this one Yukon Gear YDGGM8.5-3-30-1 GM 8.5"/8.6" - 30 Spline Axle Dura Grip Slip Positraction www.amazon.com/dp/B003O755NS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_wmY7Cb37NNVTZ ...just some trucks are 28spline others 30... in order to know is to open the diff

Im not sure bro.. i know...yukon and gear axle have real good reviews...my buddy has the same brand in his 5.3 cam supercharged crew cab for 2years smashing and its still strong
