You gotta eat the bread with the meat. The bread keeps you from getting sick from the grease. 😂🤣😂. I like biscuits but, those soft rolls serve a purpose.
I am a Louisiana native and lived in Shreveport for about 4 years before moving to NC. I miss everything Louisiana. The people here know nothing about Louisiana and it’s culture, food, traditions, etc. I miss Southern Classic chicken used to eat it all the time and I had to have their apple pies! So delicious!! The food in Louisiana Is amazing!!! This video is hilarious but so real!!

Come get some in Shreveport, I've been living in Houston over 33 years. A road trip is a routine for me to get back HOME to TRUE SOUL FOOD. It'll make you scream, frfr. Griff's giant burgers (2 hands to grip) us Cajuns really knows our spices in cooking, (no hot sauce). We have a Southern Maids Doughnuts in HOUSTON but it's not the same taste. Fried Stuff Shrimp with Cajun rice is the 💥 Shreveport stand up ✌️

There are tons of Southern Classics in LA. Wish they had one down south where I live because they truly are the best. I lived up north LA and we ate it all the time When I pass through its usually always a stop.
We used to go to typsy on murphy street it was ran by charesetta diggs and her brother it be e pack she shut down in ,82 business got slow then she started working for freeman and Harris's Connie her sister was the one made the recipe for the shirimp and the cat fish mr Harris died big mess they left Connie got her little place started selling dinner she got the real recipe she used do eddie on broadway everything thing have chang anvue church on broadway by winfield it used be behind the projects I grew up in I left in 84job played out I came this way went back a couple times no nothing leaning on God got me through no jobs there's it's cold if go it be in the spring time
