Profusion and Essence/Catrice are criminally underrated drugstore brands! They generally have fantastic makeup that perform better than a lot of high end brands for a fraction of the price!

When I saw your reaction to this release, I thought, "Yay, we're DEFINITELY getting a video on that!" I'll always have a soft spot for Profusion, because back before I knew what indie brands even were, this is the brand that got me into the eyeshadow game. Per usual, absolutely killer look, Angie.

Hands down my fav cream blush formula is from Profusion - I have all of them but the best one is the Superbloom full bloom blushes. Having oily skin that formula stays all day on me and the colors are so nice and yet no one has spoken about them. Their eyeshadows are hit n miss but the price is fair so I don’t mind. Profusion definitely gives me drugstore B&H vibes

Oh Angie, you’ve been missing out on this brand! Profusion has some stellar products. Some dud-ish products too, but complexion and eyeshadows, five ⭐️. They have lots of colorful shadows. I really like those blushes from nyx and the new liquid blushes from L’Oréal. I feel like those two brands make great stuff.

That looks so good! I love Profusion eyeshadows. I’ve tried their liquid blushes which are good too, but their eyeshadows are where it’s at. I have an old old Profusion palette called Mirage. This thing has no lid whatsoever, multiple shadows have hit pan, it looks atrocious, but I refuse to throw it away, because it never fails. When I need an odd shade, I always pull out that palette to use it. Profusion has one of the best eyeshadows at the drugstore. Those lashes looked amazing on you!

i was so happy when you said you were picking up the profusion ninja turtles collection, because i love both profusion and the ninja turtles, and i love your drugstore videos. i’m wondering if the maybelline lip liners are creamier than the elf lip liners. i think the l’oréal and the nyx blushes look gorgeous and the highlighter looks AMAZING!!! no wonder they’re sold out constantly on ulta’s website. the packaging of the ooze eyeshadows is perfection, and i loveeee the color story of the palette!!! profusion is soooo underrated and i’m so happy they made this collection, because it’s my childhood!!! angie with ooze on her eyes makes my heart soooo happy!!! i love the coral on the lower lash line!!! i can’t and don’t do lashes, but those look CUTE!!! 💚💚💚

The essence Pure nude blushes!! In my opinion, they're what I WISHED the ambient lighting blushes from hourglass were. Other than that, I LOVE the L'Oréal infallible pro-glow foundation and the L'Oréal panorama mascara

Why did that palette slap so hard? 😮 Lol. I’m a drugstore/affordable makeup fan, but I usually write off Profusion collections due to being hit or miss. (and massive/overwhelming) But that palette……those swatches?! I could have seen those swatches and fully believed they came from a good quality indie brand! (Glamlite came to mind) I’m shook! My poor wallet! 😂 Also, you need the tangerine Buttermelt Blush. I used it last week and immediately thought of you because it could have had your name on it. Glowy, warm yellow-orange perfection. ❤

Drugstore items I can recommend...elf halo glow setting powder. Not overly glowy. Telescopic LIFT mascara by L'Oreal. It is a "wet" mascara but it gives me lashes when otherwise they can't be seen❤😊

You need to try their Super Bloom collection the Ethereal & Harvest pallets are 💯 amazing along with their cream blush in the collection. Also their liquid blush hour blushes are amazing. Oh the profusion Harvest palettes came out 18 months prior to ND Yucca. Funny Profusion did it 1st & didn’t get the credit.

Love love love this look!! I also grew up watching Turtles with my brothers so this collection brings back so many memories ☺️ I really wish someone would come out with the Transformers (the 80’s cartoon version) makeup, that and maybe DuckTails lol 😂 Would also love to see X-files makeup, I grew up watching that and to this day it’s still one of my all time favorite shows 👽

I like Profusion's cheap little lip oils. I had all three colors. They all kind of smelled like product, not amazing - one worse than the other two. But I still liked them. They're low stakes, I kept them on me at work and used them all up. I would repurchase them, but I'm on a tear to use up all my lip products before getting any new ones.

Profusion is just so good, especially for the price (It's just a bonus on top, it doesn't make the brand). I loved the cartoon and the movies as well. My friend has an entire room dedicated to her Ninja Turtles collection. I sent her the link to the collection right away. Thank you for the reviews, the makeup turned out really pretty! 🐢💔🐢🧡🐢💙🐢💜

I love this collection and your look! My oldest Son is 35 now and his bedroom was decorated in Ninja Turtles when he was little. Profusion used to have the BEST lip liner formula, I wish they would go back to that formula.

TMNT was totally my childhood too! I remember when I was a little kid, my mother bought my brother and I new bedding sets and mine was unicorn themed and my brother got TMN Turtles themed sheets and pillows and I was SO jealous 🤣

Definitely wanted to see more of this content! My favorite drugstore foundation is Klasik by Glamshop, it's lightweight soft matte finish and with a hint of powder non sticky for the whole day (but I have dry skin and living in central Europe, not humid climate), stays beautifully on the skin and I have great color match😊

I have 3 absolutely gorgeous palettes from Profusion. The shadows are buttery soft and last all day. I love them so much. And all of them were 10.00 each and have 24 shadows.

My absolute favorite drugstore makeup right now is the profusion bronzer and highlighter drops. They have a blush one too I haven't tried. But its the drunk elephant dupes and it's so so good! I also am liking the panoramic mascara and my absolute favorite eyeliner for the waterline is l'oreal infallible prolast. It works well with my contacts which is hard to do. And my favorite foundation right now is the covergirl with olay foundation. The swirl one not the dotted one. That one was horrible. The swirl is so beautiful on mature skin.

I've been hearing not so great things about that L'oreal blush, but that looks amazing on you! I'm surprised that you haven't tried Profusion before. I see their eyeshadow palettes all the time. I think the only thing I've tried is their liquid blush, which is great, but they didn't have the color I really wanted, at the time.

You live in Texas so how do you wear your makeup in the summer heat? Would you ever do a tips and tricks video? I’d love to know more , I often go without makeup because for me it’s either wear makeup or wear sunscreen ( because I can’t really put it on top of foundation) and I’m super fair !

I love your take on drugstore. If I’m going to spend money on makeup it needs to just be good. The wet n wild skin tint has become my go to complexion product lately. We have a similar skin type and climate so it might be worth checking out.

I was on the fence about getting this release until you showed the lashes. It's now ordered 😅 just the palette and lashes but still. This was also my childhood but why aren't more brands doing the pop of colour lashes?! Even if they aren't the best lashes, it's worth it imo. 😂

I am a drug store girly. A majority of what I use comes from the drug store. My favorite this year has been the revlon blot line. Especially the primer and setting powder. The primer is a matte gripping primer and it works so well. The setting powder smooths and helps keep me matte. The setting spray is good but I still prefer the nyx matte setting spray. I've been using the nyx one for 5 years.

Australia is much like Sweden when it comes to "drugstore" makeup, we have the brands but they arent crazy cheap like the U.S. The TMNT Collection calls to my inner child ❤🐢❤️
