I’ve been seeing Mell on so many platforms over the years and he ALWAYS comes across as super humble and super chill guy! May God CONTINUE to bless him and to take him even further! 🙏🏾💐
I left Cali and LA area 2 yrs ago as I retired and moved to Texas however the food here overall does not compare to what you get in Cali and it doesn’t what ethnic joint you go to the food is tastier and better there. And Leimert is where you can and could always find the best of most food worlds is what I miss the most.
That is good to know. I heard Houston is the best spot for good in Texas. Houston boosts a city of 150 different languages. I hope the food is reflective of this. I am in Northern CA but really LA food is the bomb! 👍✌🏾
@@vellabella1 I have also heard that about Houston and I relatives there I live closer to DFW area and it just isn’t the same. Example In & Out is huge in Cali burgers are great always long lines no matter what city you go to I’ve been to in&out here twice and had to throw throw the food out as did my niece just awful. And crazy is there bbq restaurants in Cali owned by former Texas residents and the Bbq slaps off the chain but a couple of places that I have to here it just isn’t that good imo. I’ve talked to other transplants who say the same whether it’s Mexican or Chinese it’s not the same and not that good.
My sister bought a house in Houston a couple of months ago and I went with her to get her settled... I couldn't wait to get back to LA because the food there sucks in comparison. Even the so-called "authentic" Mexican restaurants that were recommended to us by actual Mexicans were HORRIBLE. We wasted hundred of dollars trying to find good food. Even the BBQ wasn't as good as we expected. Phillip's and Kenny's had them beat easily.
Low key the beef and shrimp combo is one of my favorite burritos. Next time try the burrito wet with the green sauce! 🫙 Spoken like a true Mexican with wanting lime in the burrito! 🍋
I absolutely love your content ❤ you should try Paco Tacos Cantina in Westchester.they have a room with a large window, you can see fresh burrito & corn tortillas being made from scratch ,that melt in your mouth,so good! You should try the SuperMex burritos . I no longer eat chicken or beef, so I now make it a wet bean burrito .
I’ve been telling this man to go to this spot for awhile. I am so glad he finally went. 🔥 This is where that fool Mr. Chimetime should’ve went to while he was in LA instead of Del Taco.
The best tacos and burritos in LA…. 🤣🤣🤣 Please, bro, stop trolling, that’s gringo Chipotle tacos and burritos, lol. You think those gringos (no offense) make better Mexican food than Mexicans???? 🤣🤣🤣 How old are you, bro, 12? You yourself are such a gringo, lol…
@@eljefefirmee380 That dude is tripping or trolling, take your pick, lol… THOUSANDS of teal authentic taquerias in LA are better than Mell’s. And don’t get me started on the tacos and burritos in the country of Mexico itself…if they read his comment here, the cartels will kidnap him and will never hear from him ever again, lol.…
The appreciation that this guy shows to the melanite community is BOMB! I just visited LA 3 weeks ago and the FOOD was horrible. We were in the Hollywood area and no one wanted to beat the traffic for food.. Gratitude for continued black excellence. This is awesome! 👏🏽❤️🖤
I was wondering how the trip out here went food wise. Especially with the different food restrictions. We have great food here. I just have to know where to go. I was hoping yall had the best experience.
Everyone goes to the worse places when visiting LA. If you ever come back visit the San Fernando Valley it's decent and great food everywhere. We are like 15 or 20 minutes from a lot of celebrities in Calabasas and Westlake Village. We have vegan restaurtant's everywhere here FYI plus universal studios and magic mountain is not far either. @@obearymarie
I just stumbled on your content from when you came to town in Bakersfield. Keep up on your style, your content is unique and different from other foodie content. On your way up my man. People criticize the less talk, more eating. Nah, stay in your lane. It’s not too serious, but an honest rating. New sub my man’s.
Your channel has been my goto. Its crazy how Taco Mell is right down the street from Master Burger but the areas seem to have significantly different levels of safety.
I can never understand why people gotta smack the roof of they mouth every time they need to talk after a bite of food but that shit be making me giggle 😂😂😂😂
