Whenever I watch a documentary of SB19 I always find myself tearing up .. especially when it comes to Josh .. Josh is such a survivor .. imagine, physically being abused by their nanny , being homeless, having to work at a very young age and being not able to study (he only finished grade 3 in regular school) but his determination made him what he is right now. He took the Alternative Learning System and was able to finish high school.. on top of that since he is really smart, he was able to work as a call center agent while being in dance groups.. Josh is such an inspiration .

Hearing Josh speak during interviews and the way he carry himself wouldn't make you want to believe that his formal education ended at 3rd grade. But the guy was so determined that he got an equivalent to High School Diploma thru the Alternative Learning System.

Justin was still studying when he started training. He is so diligent he even graduated with High Honors in Multi Media Arts.

I'm so glad you're learning about our Mahalima with Cashual Chuck. He is a very talented documentary maker and a true fan of SB19! We A'tin love them both. He, like you, has received hate for his truth telling, but he continues to promote SB19. Can't wait to watch your reactions to his SB19 episodes! KEEP going...there's so much to learn and love about them.

“I think they were meant to be.” I’m inclined to agree. There are obviously things here not shown because it would be too long but there’s a lot of videos out there showing how they’ve all been in each others’ orbits for years before ShowBT. They’ve been in the same competitions as rivals, moved in the same circles and knew of each other at least by reputation in the dance/kpop cover group community.

Their group can do so much. Composer, choreorspher, creative director, financing and budget, etc. thats why creating their own company is really possible for them.

You become a true A'Tin when you watch the docuseries and interviews. Chuck is just a fanboy that had his life changed after discovering SB19. His series episodes always end on a positive note because that's what SB19 does to you. If you're watching Chuck's videos, be sure not to miss Episode Zero, which should probably go between 1 and 2 or between 2 and 3. It's got some valuable history and explores some of SB19's ties to other p-pop groups. EDIT: It should also be noted he only used publicly available information, most of it with video documentation, for his SB19 Story series and his separate deep dives for the individual members, but he got some hate for it. You're probably already aware that there's a small but loud faction of the fandom who get screamy at even the *implication* that the SB19 guys are anything less than perfect flawless idols who have lived perfect flawless lives, which is...silly (I kinda feel like those folks need to sit and listen to "Ilaw" on repeat until they've absorbed what it's really about).

We A'tin believe that every member of SB19 were destined to meet to become the Kings they are today. Every member has something special to offer to complete their group. Just amazing how they all began and what they went through to reach this point in their careers. They have a very solid bond and genuinely love and care for each other and were here to support them every step of the way.

Am sorry to tell now you will be hooked with these boys. But it is worth it. Thank you for reacting to them

I remember being very sad when you announced you needed to stay away due to the toxicity. I hope you find a way to shut a lot of that out and keep going. I still lament the absence of Chuck and his passion.

Sound Break fits, They try to break the norm.

I've been told that Casual Chuck is somehow close to ShowBT which is the old management of SB19 so his view must be seen from that aspect - there is a complex history of what transpired until SB19 finally became self-managed and there are also other views of especially ShowBT. Haven't really understood the big picture yet, it is a bit of a puzzle and quite interesting, I am only quite recently on the SB19 trip, discovered Alamat first. Well, like most of us I'm in for the ride.

I have seen a videofrom tiktok how SB19 suffer from mistreatment on their previous company. I am not sure if this started from the first owner or to the new owner. They swollow this things, swolled their pride and continue. There is a comment that say o one of them say he feels no longer want to continue . It is so heartbeaking. As Pablo says from an interview, they dont want their talents to experience the same way they experience. As Pablo says, "Heart Wrenching".

I heard/read rumours before that tatang Robin is just a pure businessman, he doesn't really have that strong concern or emotional bond with the boys, and he only sees the whole SBT assets (including SB19) as an investment that did not meet his monetary expectation, that is why he easily sold SBT to another management. It is also said that the new management made the boys feel like in hell, which is why they decided to just leave SBT and build their own production unit that they currently self-manage to establish more creative freedom.
