I’ve lived in LA my entire life and I couldn’t think of a better place to live after college. You have job opportunities, the beach, and so many fun things to do.

I hope you’ll have fun at the graduation ceremony. I hope you’ll consider making a kind of life update video where you say what degree you’ll be receiving and what you’d like to do for a living after completing college. Have you thought about pursuing a master’s degree or another bachelor’s degree? After I completed my bachelor’s degree in business administration, I pursued a master’s degree in business, but soon realized it wasn’t for me. I might someday pursue another bachelor’s degree, likely in sociology. I like the idea of having multiple bachelor’s degrees, as opposed to a bachelor’s and a master’s. I have the one bachelor’s degree in business already, but I might someday consider sociology and/or psychology. As for your living situation, do you have a preference for big cities or suburban areas? Do you prefer the west coast or the east coast? Do you prefer warm weather or a place that has all 4 seasons?

Ok Brooke I’ll keep it real 😹. Your about to enter the real world as a brand new college graduate. I’m 29 and have been out of college for 7 years. As far as living situation goes, if you don’t have a ton of money (which most college grads don’t have) living in a high cost of living area is out of the question. So strike California, Florida, and New York City for now. Consider moving back in with your parents for a few years to make money and then reasses your options (that’s what I did). Helped me make a plan and decide what I want to do before making any huge decisions. Especially with the cost of everything sky rocketing better to save money. Especially if you have student loans. Good luck!
