Hello All An announcement. I have explained the complaint conversion ratio from the perspective of banks rather than ORBIOs(the chart at @42.46 is from the perspective of ORBIOs.) As per the Complaint conversion ratio from ORBIOs perspective it is - complaints received against concerned Bank group with ORBIOs against total complaints received by the respective bank group from its customer. “Customer interface” means interaction between the NBFC and its customers while carrying on its NBFI business. Customer interface basically means having interaction with your customer. Examples of companies having such interface are lending companies or leasing companies. Examples of companies not having such interface are where the sole objective is to invest in the securities of other companies. Regards, Kritika
