Who Is Sanjay Tolani ?
Sanjay Tolani, a 16-year member of the Million Dollar Round Table - The Premier Association of Financial Professionals, with 2 Court of the Table & 12 Top of the Table honors.
He became the youngest member in 2003 at the age of 19 and then qualified as the Youngest Life Member in 2012 at the age of 28. He also became the Youngest Managing Director of an Insurance Brokerage in the Middle East.

I actually agree on everything except when he said 60-80 has no income, it might be true for most case, but there are some people who built their portfolio on dividend stocks that have proven to give them a very very good income when they are on their 60s, though, this isn’t a common practice for most human being.

I agree with you. I think if I could be more specific, I should mention "active income" instead. For me personally I prefer annuity for retirement because When it comes to dividend stocks, I need to actively monitor it. Same perspective as yours. I realized most people don't plan for retirement too!

When you say no income from age 60-80, you're obviously referring to people with no pension, 401k, rental income etc. You're just referring to salary, correct? What would be the objection response to someone who says i have a 401k at work?

Dr Sanjay, I have a problem myself. I am already substandard and cannot buy anymore insurance (including Life). With only a small amount of Life Insurance I have left, do I use the strategy you explained at the end of the video? Or do I have to use another strategy entirely? Say them , if you something happen with you how your family will pay all of your payments ? If they wil pay then their financial life style and standard will be go down , so its important for you to arrange money for plan B , Please don't ignore the insurance , change your budget , increase your savings to secure your future and family

Dr. Sanjay, how will I address this objection? We dont need an insurance plan because we have passive income continually growing and it is already enough for our kids when we die.

I will ask the prospect if that passive income is guaranteed or variable. If that passive income is variable, i will suggest them putting their passive income (e.g. rental income) into a policy that can give that guaranteed return. We're not trying to stop their passive income here, rather we are trying to secure that passive income for them into variable income.

Sir, how will I handle this objection, if my client says that he has enough money for his kids and then after generation. So no need for insurance. Insurance is for salary people not for us. I read your answer but can't get it. What is the meaning of variable income. How we show him to make variable income??
