The system has always been like this. This is literally nature of the capitalism. The system swings between extremes, it is literally how it is and every time there are people that think the system broke down. Listen to Prof. Wollf, he actually explains this really really well. This crisis is part of many before and will be part of many more to come. The only difference now if that there is one „empire“ that’s now coming down, meaning we are in a Big Cycle that happens every (around 100) years, but a cycle nonetheless. Meaning this has and will continue happening, nothing new here. Read Ray Dahlio who brilliantly explains how the cycle works and that truly, there is nothing new happening here. This is not to say it will be easy to get through!
India has recently reclaimed, shipped home, tonnes of Gold from the Bank of England along with buying tonnes more. They are also reducing their exposure to the western debt system.
The US economy is in dreadful shape. I'm 76 years old and I've never seen things this bad: housing sales are down, car sales are down, capital expenditures are down, office vacancies are up, shipping costs are skyrocketing. Anybody who says we are not in a severe recession is a simpleton or an obfuscator.

For about $9,000 an average 2000sf home with good sunshine would be able to get completely off of the US electrical grid. Never paying another electrical bill. For 2000sf, you'd need (2) computer operating lithium ion phosphate Eco Flo batteries and (1) non computer back-up system. A couple of heavy duty cords and the solar panels will come with it. You'd be all set to wire it straight into your home's electrical panel and be completely independent. The system will travel if you need to move. Will last over 25 plus years. Have a separate electric box attached by a professional and all circuits off when the system comes up on-line. Initially, turn ON the circuit breakers slowly and each circuit breaker one at a time you you'll blow the system internal fuses. Other than that EZ.
I think it may be closer to double that amount: 6-12 48v lithium phosphate batteries, large enough 48v inverter that can handle 220v, a couple dozen 300w+ solar panels, ground-mounted which you can do yourself. A lot of the wiring you can learn to do yourself to save on labor. But definitely a licensed electrician to wire into your house.
I think many are defaulting to on their credit cards. Several of my cards went from $20.000 balances to $10.000 balances. When I called about it they said they are expecting possible defaults!

I'm just going to say it..... I'm not talking particularly about this gentleman but the only difference between your interviews today compared to 3 years ago is your guests just look older. Nothing else has changed. They all say the exact same things. The debt, the crash, prepare!.... Yet the markets just keep grinding higher. I'll come back in another 3 years to see if the news is any different.

Interest will hit silver when the dollar collapses. People will run to both gold and silver. Those who can afford gold, will buy gold. Those who can't, will buy up silver. To me, silver is fractional gold. Silver can at anytime be converted to gold. Even when fiat money is no longer.

FED is lying. Inflation is not down. Anything affordability for anything in US is moving in negative territory. Example: a tub of good garden salad last week $3.79 (it had 3 rings of onion, 4 baby tomato, 4 cucumbers, green pepper, ice burg lettuce. Today, $4.15 minus 1 tomato, 2 rings, 1 cucumber 30% less pepper and lettuce. Food is being weaponized. We are so doomed.
All that works in the paper market so long as no one takes delivery of the actual silver. China has been taking delivery. This means they are taking silver out of the U.S. on the cheap and this will eventually put a run on the paper silver. Just a matter of time. tic tok

The dollors not worth anything, it never was because its not money its currency.
