What is best job profile for fresher in order to end up as a financial analyst. Right now I have 2 job offer one in bank back office and one in mutual fund sales via bpo.... I know these are irrelevant jobs Unfortunately I haven't put any effort to do finance related courses at my college time. So now I am doing few. It will take time. I know these are quite irrelevant job profile when we aim to become analyst. But I don't know what should I do? which one is better? Or Could you Suggest any other job profile which will add some value in my cv?

I've been using internshala and I found out that 50% finance internships are not really finance internships. In the name of finance internship they are giving tasks like digital marketing, demat account opening and surveys are the most annoying. And in linkedin our competitors for internships are MBA grads, so that's so obvious that the company will pick post graduates.

We are from the same batch. 😂 No there is no such age restriction and one should have a knowledge of excel before doing this. But most of the courses ( FM obviously) teaches us excel too.
correct, as mentioned with Ankit, excel will be requiered, which is provided by almost all places, including finladder, so in the enrollment link you will get a complete advanced excel course for free, which will have a seperate certification
