Money Matters is a series where I have conversations with normal people such as you and I, on your personal finance issues. It is important to note that I am NOT a financial expert, I am NOT SEBI registered, and I am NOT qualified to give financial advice. Everything that I say in these videos is purely through my own experiences. - So these videos do not offer any stock tips, or specific mutual fund recommendations or get-rich-quick schemes. - I am not selling any product or service through these videos. - None of the brands that I mention in these videos have paid me to mention them, unless I explicitly say so (and I will say if the video is sponsored). This also means that my advice may not always be the right advice. So incase I make a mistake, the best way to correct me will be to share your point of view in the comments, so that everyone can benefit from it. I am not perfect, nor claiming to be either and would love to learn and grow. The idea is simply to help people with their finance journey and through their story try to help others who may have a similar story. But mujhe ek cheez batao...he is so touchwood lucky... No rent to pay...no food expenses..and after 15 years when he will be 40...he will get 35k per month (or after inflation of Rs 55k)..for ever! I think 38k for a normal person like us .who have to pay rent etc...should be a salary of 60k ...
This is next to Imoossible that a person having only 7 years of experience with current 38k in hand salary have a corpus of 10-12 lakhs in his provident fund
I think he is from defence (Army, Navy or Air force). He started career at 18 years... As he have 7 years of experience at age 25... Possible only when you are in defence forces starting in NDA. Retirement after 15 years with pension that to inflation adjusted.. only defence personnel get this... Maturity at age 25 ... only defence personnel we can expect from...
Hi ankur This series is incredible, and the thing which I like most that you are inviting those persons who are getting middle class salary on average and it really suits me But why are you not accepting my form ??
Aere malik no rent pay, no food expenses, जो राशन pani, gov job. You should take example of private employee, who stays in urban area wo batayega आपको.
Great video, but returns bohot optimistic side pe h, usually while planning, we should take conservative figures to average out the market risk parameters What are other people thoughts on this? Am I just overthinking this?
It's a security money to protect the whole country... Have some respect to them.. just look at the condition of Ukrainian and philistinii.@@robinghosh8397
defence m hai ye...17-18 ki age m recruit hogaya hoga....tabhi pension milegi...but itni nhi jitna ye keh rha...depend on the rank ...after listening his salary....he is not an officer....if he reached to JCO rank ...then only he will get 30-35k pension . otherwise 20k-25k hardly. Best of luck brother...serve well. I am also from defence background. My father is an ex service man. He is retired from JCO RANK. getting pension around 40k. That's why I got this that you are serving in Army.
Myself Manish 😊, I want to express my sincere gratitude for giving me the opportunity to share on your platform. It was an incredible experience and a pleasure to be a part of it. Keep up the great work sir! 😊👍
Overall usefull video, but it is surprising to see that they are expecting to buy a house worth 1 Cr that after 15 years. Major flaw - 50Lacs house in 2024 will cost atleast 2 Cr by the rate at which the real estate market is growing. Also, wedding under 5 L and a car under 10L, very very difficult. They should have been bit more realistic about the inflation rates, instead of too much focus on compounding
I sometimes feel that, ye sab mujhe pehle kisi ne q nahi bataya .....bohot time, paisa aur mehnat bach jati......bohot mistakes hui hai mere se..... feeling guilty and sad..... 😔😔😔
I am 30, getting same salary.. right now jobless, looking for job. Stressed thinking about future. I am feeling the same!!! Whats your age, whats your issue, would like to know.
25-7= 18 Year he started Job, kaun sa Govt. Job lagta hai. His looks days he does not belong to defence..... So need more clarity before making such a video.
Hi Ankit ji, I really want such type to councelling cum guidance as I my financials more tricky than this and willingness to buy a car. Buying a car after buying 3 homes is bit risky decision. Need your guidance. Requesting your guidance and help. How can I connect you.?
I sir, I stay in usa with a basic salary. Can you please advice me with a financial road map. This would be useful to most of them staying here. Please
1. Study a bit more, work in USA/Europe for 5 years, get married and buy a house. 2. Work another 10 years in USA/Europe, invest 10cr in equity. Retire and focus on your family and hobby that generates revenue for yourself and future generation. 3. Someone in 40s will realise this.
He started deducting 10k recently, which he mentioned. And that's PPF not PF. Employee contribution will only be 12.5 % of basic, which in his case is ~4500 at max. So I don't think his statement of 10 lakh is correct unless he's been contributing 1.2 lakhs per year since he started his career
He started working at a age of 18? His company giving him 1cr term insurance, No limit mediclaim with family cover, leaves every 3 months, company accommodation, food, electricity. Amazing company. 😮
@warikoo What about 30% income tax which one will have to pay to government on the profit which is looking soo lucrative. Because I guess of a person is investing for good 20 yrs and after that he's able to accumulate a corpus of let's say 2 cr. As a profit (money left after deducting the total investment amount in those 20 yrs) than he'll have pay almost 30% or sometimes more to the government as tax . I.e. approx 60 lakhs. , leaving just a profit of 1.4 cr after a huge waiting period of 20 yrs! Am I right??
Sir I often watch your videos and I must say it’s quite informative and help a lots of masses . However I would like to take your advice on financial investment It would be highly appreciated if you could give me opportunity to have your financial advise on my investment
It's actually much more than 50k if u consider house & food is provided by the company itself. And he makes PF contribution of 10k which is also not part of 40k in hand... That means his Net salary is around 40+10+30=80k
Sorry to say but UP came in top 5 poorest states in 2023... so because of that people in these states need financial knowledge so there are high chances you will find UP folks plus population is also more in UP. This is not to offend anyone. I really admire people from UP, they are very religious😊
If in future, after salary increment, our tax slab become 20%, then that 1.3-1.4Cr for home will just become approx 1.1-1.2cr after tax deduction and inflation adjusted value will be approx 40-45L (at 6%) So better consider tax deduction as well while planning so far in future.
